My car is always worse when I pick it up than when I drop it off for the simplest things. Car is always left a mess, paper and plastic not removed, car is always parked far away. I take my wife’s car next door to the Honda Dealership and they wash it, clean out the paper/plastic and pull your vehicle in for you (great service). I received my car back from Gordie and the car was a mess, the heated seats and auto start did not work. I called to let them no and they made me feel like this was my fault! These are things I use constantly! They did bring it back in and fix but still made me feel uncomfortable and mentioned if the heated seats did not work again I would be charged. Gordie Boucher Ford is my go to for service of my vehicles for work I cant do myself. The Service Dept is top notch from the Service Writers, Mechanics and Service Manager.
