Came in for the works oil change with a 12:30 appointment and left and 3:20 very ridiculous! The last time that happened probably 2 years ago it was over 2 hours for the same thing I worked with Kim G and af and left and 3:20 very ridiculous! I appreciate a person like her! Brought my car in to have snow tires put on requested multiple times to make sure the tire pressure sensitive or reset was tall highlighted on the service report and also call the manager of the service multiple times to make sure the tire pressure sensitive or reset was tall highlighted on the service report and also call the manager of the service department received it back and none of the tires reset this was the third time this is happened to me there.
