Getting service work at a dealership is a bit more expensive than it is at smaller service providers, but WELL WORTH IT. Boucher's i very accommodating about appointments, the service is top quality, the staff is friendly and makes it a point to know each customer personally, and the work is thorough. I would not go anywhere else, even for simple oil changes. More

Service completed on 16-December-2019 Arrived to service appointment at 7:00 AM scheduled time. Was not clear where to line up to have vehicle pulled into service center. Empty vehicles in Arrived to service appointment at 7:00 AM scheduled time. Was not clear where to line up to have vehicle pulled into service center. Empty vehicles in line that were not moved. Service employees appeared to be in no hurry to get process started for the customers in line. In addition, it was after 7:00 AM before vehicles started moving. When spoke to the service person I was informed it would be 3-4 hours!!! This was not mentioned when I made service appointment. To me, a significant lack of detail. The service advisor did get the work completed in a couple of hours which was appreciated. More
