I made this appointment for 9 AM on Tuesday April 2 approximately 3 weeks in advance. On Monday evening, after having left work, I received an email for the appointment which showed 2 PM. However, I did not see this until after returning from my appointment, as I had gone there first thing in the morning. When I arrived, Jeff was not sure the parts were available for my recalled item. Fortunately, after a phone call and several minutes of waiting, he was told they had correct parts. It would have been great to have tea bags available in the customer service lounge. More

Always easy Since I bought my vehicle from Goodwin's over two years ago the service department has been on the ball with scheduled maintenance calls! Appointment Since I bought my vehicle from Goodwin's over two years ago the service department has been on the ball with scheduled maintenance calls! Appointment times are always plentiful and timely and if my schedule is tight they have a reliable shuttle service that picks up and drops off. I've never had to skip a beat bringing my Jeep in for upkeep. And the coffee in the waiting area is actually good and they offer free WiFi :-) More
