He obviously cares about customer satisfaction, is incredibly knowledgeable, explains issues in a very understandable matter, is ever-pleasant and patient, and fair. He is worth his weight in gold to Goodwin's, and an incredibly valuable asset to the company. I would also like to commend Ted (with who we have less experience) for also providing exemplary customer service with most of the traits that I've attributed to Mark. More

He explained how it worked and how it was different than all other tests I had done to try and figure it out thus far. Once they found the problem and fixed it he explained to me the the situation and what was done to fix it in a way that I was able to understand as well as give me options for solutions to avoid it in the future. He certainly didn’t have to go out of his way to bring me to the shop but in doing so I instantly knew they cared about my problem, they where experienced enough with this to fix it, and I wasn’t getting the run around like some other places might. I knew I had come to the right place. More
You could do more......😳 I didn’t give you 5 stars simply due to the omission of what I feel should have been part of a 30,000 mile service on my 17 Colorado diesel. After pic I didn’t give you 5 stars simply due to the omission of what I feel should have been part of a 30,000 mile service on my 17 Colorado diesel. After picking up my truck and heading to a meeting in a neighboring town, I scrolled through the dash display to see if my diesel additive required filling. To my surprise as I passed over the fuel filter indicator it read 4% remaining. I immediately called Goodwins service department and voiced my concern to the service representative. He was very helpful and had to research the situation, only to find that checking the fuel filter on a diesel was not part of a 30,000 checkup. Wow and having just spent over $500 I was somewhat miffed! Another appointment (and lost time on my part) as well as an additional $170 and I’m good to go. I’m seriously not falling the service department, nor arguing the cost, but I do feel Chevy ought to update the items checked on the diesel 30,000 mile check up’ More

Service I had a hard time getting a call back about a issue with the truck a recently purchased but eventually after another customer complained about my diff I had a hard time getting a call back about a issue with the truck a recently purchased but eventually after another customer complained about my difficulty they finally called me back and made everything right with me and my truck. When I went to pick up my truck I noticed some new scratches down the drivers side but they took care of it and made it better for me over all I am moderately satisfied with how everything ended More
