I've had good customer service from Richard (service rep) when I need to have my car service. Nice going there and knowing they recognize me by name and not just another number - not to mention get me and d when I need to have my car service. Great experience at Goodson every time. They are willing to do warranty and service bulliten work without a thought. They are very technically able. They provide loaner cars without question. Came in late, about 7pm - they were prepared to do my oil change while I waited...but then let me pick the loaner of my choice. This dealer LOVES to do work on the car that is NOT needed. If they think you are unhappy with your service, they will CHANGE YOUR PHONE NUMBER in the system so that when Acura calls to see how your e needed.
