Positive Experience The reason for my visit was because after my wife could not start our 2008 Acura TSX she got a jump.I took the vehicle to NTB which is where I purchas The reason for my visit was because after my wife could not start our 2008 Acura TSX she got a jump.I took the vehicle to NTB which is where I purchased the last battery.NTB said they could not find any problems with the battery,starter or alternator and gave me a printout of the results.They could not restore the radio.It was for this service I went to the dealer.At the dealer they requested an opportunity to redue the tests on their equipment.They found the alternator to be failing and recommended replacement.I agreed,the service was performed and was completed the following day. I was provided a free new loaner car so I was not inconvenienced. More
Dane is AMAZING!!! I've owned a couple of Acuras and visited many Acura dealerships and this one is by far the best! I don't go anywhere else! Dane and his crew were quick, efficient, and friendly I had to get my Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor replaced, and after taking it to another dealership (where they couldn't diagnose the issue), I am g I had to get my Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor replaced, and after taking it to another dealership (where they couldn't diagnose the issue), I am glad I tried Goodson. They did the repair same day and were friendly and helpful the whole way through. More

A-1 Service The employee that was my Service Consultant is not on your list. Why not? Goodson Acura performed an A-! Service, good as far as it goes, but latter The employee that was my Service Consultant is not on your list. Why not? Goodson Acura performed an A-! Service, good as far as it goes, but latter I get an Email recommending additional service /maintenance items. It would have been much more convent & time efficient if I had been told about these additional items during my A-1 maintenance service so I could have authorized Goodson to proceed w/ these items. So now I find myself in the situation where I have to bring my vehicle back a second time to have all the maintenance recommended performed on my vehicle. Goodson you have lost the person to person human connection. NOT A GOOD THING! More
