Happy experience! Overall a great experience from start to finish! Johnny and Zach called us back after our first visit to tell us the safety inspection was completed. Stay away from the interior detail service! ! For $184 all you get is vacuum/carpet shampoo, inside windows cleaned and a "wipe down" on the interior. They made no attempt to clean my digital di ! How does this happen do you not inspect the cars before you put them up for sale, unacceptable. I also own a 2007 Chrysler 300 and had many recall on this one from back in 2010 and the dealer did not blink an eye to fix it, I also own a 2013 Cadillac (Used) that I bough and service next door to you guys and had a few recalls and issues with the car and I have not been charged a dime to this day. Not to mention these two dealer ships also wash and vacuum my car every time I take it in for service. I was suggested to buy an extended warranty on this car and come to find out it cover absolutely nothing. In all honesty very disappointing experience. lets just say that the'Good' in your name is not accurate, I will not be recommending this dealer to any one. More

I said you know when people ask to mimic a noise that may be happening well she sounds like a whiney child being pushed to hard...I said the RPM's aren't high but it feels like it's not going into a higher gear. He said is the sound coming from the front or back. I say front. He says left or right i'm like i don't really know...i mean it's not really about the noise...i guess the left. That's the side i sit on. Drop it off this morning and say I paid more attention ...sounds more like the right. He calls this afternoon to quote me $908.00 for wheel bearings blah blah...i'm like that is not important what about what is causing how it's running. He's like your issue was the noise. I said no it wasn't. That was a question asked during the explanation. He said we can check the other issue but it will cost you another evaluation fee. I'm like WHAT?? You make a mistake and i pay for it. He would not budge. I said i'm coming to get my car and will NEVER be back. $210.00 for an oil change. I have been there several times and that is the final straw. Besides knowing a dealership is overpriced i've always had great customer service. Jeff has literally driven me away for good. More
Service zero confidence in the service department. Terrible work, expensive, lowest quality service. Chevy Silverado did not make it much past 100k and need zero confidence in the service department. Terrible work, expensive, lowest quality service. Chevy Silverado did not make it much past 100k and needed new motor. Replacement took a while to get back. Had to return it three times after to get it working right with, I believe, not truths about what was wrong. Parts were missing too. 4 months later leaks oil like crazy, and runs poorly. Returned again asked for diagnostic which they only looked at the oil issue and never bother with the bad idle. Turns out they saved me $10 on a seal at the swap so I can spend $2200 now. Recommend you find somewhere else to go. More
Stress Free and great customer service I needed to buy a new car and my husband and I decided to got to Good Chevrolet. I was a bit nervous because I was not sure if I was going to find wha I needed to buy a new car and my husband and I decided to got to Good Chevrolet. I was a bit nervous because I was not sure if I was going to find what I wanted and wasn't even sure what I wanted. As soon as we arrived Jimmy Juma greeted us and he helped me and my husband with friendly and expert customer service he did not push us or stress us out. Jimmy took us in to see Charlie Nguyen who sat with us and showed us pictures of cars that we might like. We saw a car with low millage and within our price range. Charlie took the time with us to show all our options and we test drove the vehicle and knew this is what we wanted, the first car we saw. We only looked at one car I feel Charlie and Jimmy knew what I wanted before I did. I was very comfortable going through the buying process with Charlie and the financial process with Carrie Krone. They all were very friendly and personable and they did not stress us out and push us into buying a car just to make a sale they all made sure we were happy with the car we chose. Thank you to Jimmy, Charlie and Carrie I would definitely recommend you all and Good Chevrolet to anyone. More
Free Oil Change, what a crock I bought a truck at Goode Chev in Renton over4 years ago, and while the sales dept was fantastic,, the service dept not so much. First off I was told I bought a truck at Goode Chev in Renton over4 years ago, and while the sales dept was fantastic,, the service dept not so much. First off I was told that oil changes were Saturdays only and on a first come first serve basis. The first time I went to do my FREE oil change, I went by the sticker in the window on mileage. The female attendant told me that my truck was at 26% and I was not to bring it in unless at 20% or lower. They did it anyway. 2nd time I totally blanked out and went by the mileage again, this very same female attendant was adamant that I know how to read my gauge as it was at 21 % and I was not to be there. When I pointed out the mileage, she said that was an estimate. I threw a tizzy, I live over 35 miles away, they changed my oil. 3rd time I went in at 19 percent and all was well. In all this time, nary a word from GOODE CHEV other than sales emails. 4th time, I was at 16% and sitting in front of the door at 8:45 for the first come first serve policy and some dude tells me that I need an apt for oil changes, that oil changes were done daily and never acknowledged that there was ever a female working there in his place stating that he has been there for 12 years and I was getting wrong/bad info. This dude would not even let me THE CUSTOMER get a word in as everything I said was wrong. He refuted every single thing I said and flat out refused to listen to me. This is the way it is and that's that was his attitude. Then he tells me to read my owners manual, oil changes are not required until the vehicle reads Oil Change needed. I ask then why all the xx conversations on percentages? not another word from him. He agreed to get me in, we notified him that we would be walking to breakfast. He said alt least a hour and a half. We are gone for that amount of time and when we got back the truck was done. Then this dude says oh yea you need a new air filter, cost about 75 bucks. I asked how long, 20 to 30 min at best. Why the xxxx did they not call me when they had the truck in the garage and saw that I needed a new filter? They knew we were waiting, but no he chose to wait till I get back to once again work my truck in as I had no appt. That's it, I'm done. Take your free oil change which includes NOTHING ELSE AT ALL such as replacing all fluids, checking belts, vacuuming the vehicle and sometimes even a car wash and whatnot and stick it in your EAR. Just a freaking gimmick to get you to buy a car from them. Never again. Over and Out!! More
