I am out of love. I bought a used car, no dicker sticker, as-is. Six years old. Headlight was burned out before I left the lot. Have spent almost $2500 more, in only six months, to get things that sticker, as-is. Six years old. Headlight was burned out before I left the lot. Have spent almost $2500 more, in only six months, to get things that should have been right before sale fixed. New starter. New battery, because the failing starter killed the old one. A few months later, actualter solenoid and battery CABLE, which could and should have been disgnosed when the starter failed, went out. They get to collect more diagnostic fees that way! The security system suddenly "forgot" to know my key, and had to be reprogrammed, adding labour costs. On top of this, the sales department has the gall to xxxx me to trade it in when I make service appointments. I have had the car seven months. Wow. I cannot honestly say I would buy another car here. While the service has been great, it is very costly when added to the sticker price of a car that should not have had so many big problems in the first place. The starter problem was hidden by having the car running when I got there. Seemed like such great customer service at the time. I didn't even notice being bent over. While I WOULD recommend the SERVICE center, thay have made a pile fixing my lemon. I observe my salesman no longer works there. I rated "quality of work" lower, becasue the COMPLETE diagnostic couls and shold have found the bad battery cable, and bot left it to cause more problems later. They stopped diagnosisng when they found the first likely problem, apparently, because the battery cable was bad when I bought the car. No confidence in them now. . More
Today I came in with a check engine light and an appointment with Natashia Wilson they found a cracked exh. Manifold was my problem after about 20 min. Which it was close to the min. I left with a smile and a zero bill after she informed me the repair was under warranty. Good Chevrolet has one of the best. Thank you Natashia. More
Took my 2020 Chevy Malibu in for A/C work (stopped blowing cold air). Apparently the part needed is 'new' and has different part numbers; took almost two weeks to get. Blame it on COVID, 2020, etc! :) Natashia Wilson (and Jenna) however were great in keeping me informed, apologizing for the delay, and did get me set up with a loaner. When I need service again, I will probably go back to Good Chevrolet because of their customer service - thanks Natashia and Jenna! More
This is all about Service! Natashia Wilson, she’s my go to! She knows me she knows my baby car and she’ll go out of her way every time to make sure this baby is healthy and I am happy! When I think about what would happen if my next car we’re not a Chevrolet, how would I ever get this kind of service from Another dealer. I hope that the Chevrolet Company offers a vehicle with the features that I need and love, when it comes time to move on. And I would most certainly purchase it from Good Chevrolet because I believe Natasha’s commitment to service is also a reflection of the customer service Chevrolet aspires to. More

Service failure to complete/verify work done Had a Check engine light plus needed and oil change and one headlight out. Scheduled service it was quick and easy. Dropped the car off and was called back in 3 hours and was told everything was fixed. Per the Inspection report it also say checked and ok on lights. Come to find out the headlight was NEVER replaced. They did find more wrong with the car. Of course it's a more expense item than a headlight. Wonder where that is headed. More

Among Other things, asked about a Firmware Upgrade I was having a side step installed for the bed of my truck. This was done with my approval. I also asked about a firmware upgrade so my Samsung S7 wou I was having a side step installed for the bed of my truck. This was done with my approval. I also asked about a firmware upgrade so my Samsung S7 would work for charging on my center console of my 2016 Silverado HD. I was told, and later received a printout stating the same, that the S7 wouldn't work with my particular truck and it would work with the 2018 model. That was the first definitive answer I received since I bought the truck at this dealer. I'm not pleased with the answer but I am pleased with the fact that the dealer was able to finally give me a definitive answer. More
