My car purchase at Good Chevrolet will go down as the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had no trade in, paid full price with a cashiers check. This couldn’t have been an easier sale. My salesperson Oliver was young, completely inexperienced, and gave terrible customer service. He never bothered to know or use our names, knew nothing about the car we were buying, and pretended to “forget” he promised to replace the air filter, oil filter and wiper blades that were needed. He said he didn’t even know what an air filter was. We asked to speak to the manager Brian, who never came. I also left a message to have him call me to give feedback which he never did. I never give negative reviews, in fact I try to always rave about local businesses where we’ve had a great experience. In this case, I would never want anyone to go through what we did. In these challenging times, it’s so important to be kind, polite, and honest. In this case Good Chevrolet missed all the marks. More
