I paid $1500 for ECP ceramic coating. The exterior coating was never applied and they left behind several small black marks on a white car that will not come off. They slimed up the interior and fail coating was never applied and they left behind several small black marks on a white car that will not come off. They slimed up the interior and failed to wipe it all off. 6 months later and I'm still finding that junk smeared on bits of the interior. Despite there being no ceramic coating on the exterior you can bet your last dollar I'll still hold them to their coverage claims. If you want ceramic coating, find your own shop to apply it. Whoever Good Chevy contracts with really sucks. More

Because the next morning I awoke to check engine light after check engine light. Imagine my surprise when I took my dream truck to my local Chevy dealer only to find out I was the proud new owner of a $800+ repair bill. Clearing codes to get someone out the door? Seriously not cool. I get it, I bought a used vehicle but to have it miraculously break the day after I got it? Give me a break. If i could give negative stars i would. I contacted them about a Ram 1500. I drove an hour after work to look at the truck. I went to get my wife and my daughter out of the car, because they were going to test drive my trade in. When I got outside there was a second person going to take the same truck on a test drive. I think its very unprofessional and unfair for myself and the other person. If i would have bought the truck he would have been disappointed. I grabbed my wife and daughter and left. Not once did I get an apology. I have bought many different cars and many different states being in the military. Not once had this ever happened to me. I been to dealerships where the opposite has happened. I would go liked a car but would get told that someone was coming to test drive it or on hold for some. I would avoid this place at all cost.
