Dealing with Josh Graham at Good Chevrolet has renewed my faith in customer service as a whole. Most sales people don't really care but act like they do. A very pleasant experience with both Josh and Victor in courtesy and sales approach. I was invited to test drive anything in the Corvette line-up that I was interested in purchasing. Between these 2 guys I got all of my questions answered in a professional manner. Nothing pushy or high pressure in this experience. I checked out other dealers in a 100 mile radius before I came back to Good Chevrolet to make my purchase. They maintained just enough contact with me during that time to ensure me that they would honor their price anytime that I wanted to come back and close the deal. I am very pleased with the upfront approach to making the potential buyer feel like a valued customer. Buying a New Corvette should be a great experience,and I can honestly say Josh and Victor made mine fun and rewarding. More
I will never bring a car in for repair to Good Chevrolet again Pontiac Grand Am 1999 3.4 Brought car in on 3/16/2010 engine light was on code read P0301 CYLYNDER 1 MISFIRE Natasha Wilson service again Pontiac Grand Am 1999 3.4 Brought car in on 3/16/2010 engine light was on code read P0301 CYLYNDER 1 MISFIRE Natasha Wilson service advisor called me next day said the intake manifold was leaking coolant needed new wires plugs and 3 coils total price w/tax $1749.46 I picked up the car completed on Friday the 19th The service engine light came on over the weekend and was running rough at an Idle with the same signs as when we first brought it in for service . I brought the car back to the dealer on Monday the 22nd and told Natasha I was not happy she said they would take a look at it and get back to me . She called me later that evening and said sometimes when they fix one thing something else can go wrong . She said the upper Manifold Gasket was replaced and it looked like the lower manifold gasket went bad . She said they would no more the next morning and would call me then . I told her why didn’t they replace the lower gasket when they were in there the first time and I didn’t want to pay for the labor to have it striped down a second time . I told her I was aware that there had been a class action suit against GM for the Dex coolant eating away the gaskets and they should have been aware of that and replaced both upper and lower gaskets . Natasha called me the next day Tues the 23rd she said I had a cracked cylinder head and it needed to be sent out to have milled . The cost would be $2,371.00 dollars . She said they would credit me the $823.46 because they should have caught it at the beginning .When I questioned her on the manifold gaskets she changed her story and said she had made a mistake and both gaskets had been replaced . I checked with two other Pontiac dealers and both said when replacing the manifold gaskets both should be replaced . Weds the 24th Natasha called to inform me she had sat down with the service manager and went over the invoice and they decided to repair the car at no additional charge .The car will be done possibly Friday or Monday and that she would keep me informed . Friday the 26th Natasha called me to tell me they went over the car and the cylinder head gasket needed to be replaced the car would be done by Monday . There was no mention of the cylinder head being cracked and needing to be sent out as I was told back on the 23rd . Monday the 29th Natasha called to tell me the car was ready for pick up . Went down and picked up the car . I went over the invoice there was no mention of the cracked cylinder head when I asked she said it was fine and only the head gasket was bad . My experience with Good Chevrolet at best was terrible .I got my car back and have no idea if what they said they repaired actually was ever done . I felt when it came to the car they were deceptive and out to charge me as much as they could get away with . Had I not spoken up I can only wonder what my final bill would have been . Before leaving I spoke with Kelly McNEIL Managing Director of Good Chevrolet and left him a copy of my complaint he said he would look into it and get back to me on Tues . Tuesday the 30th I received a call from Bob Manning Good Chevrolet he said he read my complaint and put the blame on Natasha Wilson and because of the way she handled things is the reason they decided to not charge me for the repairs the second time . I asked him what his title was and he said he is the Fix it Director .Could this get anymore rediculous are you kidding me a FIX IT DIRECTOR ! As for Mr. Kelly McNEIL Managing Director he never called me back . More

I have been buying new and used cars for almost 50 years now. My experience at Good Chevrolet buying a pick up truck through the internet manager Josh Graham was the best I have ever had. I would recommend Good Chevrolet to my friends and neighbors; but only to purchase the vehicle. They are remarkable in that area, do your homework on the vehicle you want and they will help you in any neighbors; but only to purchase the vehicle. They don’t seem to understand the word after care or follow up. It’s a shame, there is a missing link somewhere in the chain of command; poor management and as I understand it from the office manager; it’s arrogance on the part of the managers, way to much finger pointing going on. Feel safe about buying from them; just find someplace else for any mechanical need you may have. More
I had a great experience at this dealership. All the staff that I worked with treated me well and were not pushy. I went in with a challenging financial situation and they all worked with me for what was best in my situation. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car that doesn't want the classic "bad car buying" experience. More
I just bought a 2007 Trailblazer SS from Good Chevrolet for 25,500, 28,300 out the door. I went and looked at it a couple of times before hand, and Josh was great. For a salesman he was pretty knowledgable, considering they have 1000's of different cars and even the biggest "car guy" couldn't know every last detail about all the cars. He didn't pretend to know anything or make up stuff just to try and tell me what I wanted to hear. He was honest about where the dealership got the vehicle (auction) and it's history(repo.) He was respectful and biggest of all NOT PUSHY and did not put pressure on me! It seems like most people on here don't understand the principles of a dealership. IT IS A BUSINESS! Just like whatever you do, in order to keep the lights on and not lay off people, they have to make some money on the vehicle, otherwise they go out of business and you wouldn't have a dealership to shop at! That said, just like any dealership they are going to ask a lot of money(more then it's worth) for a vehicle initially. It's YOUR job, not theirs to do the research and know what the vehicle is worth prior to going into the dealership. Then you have to dicker back and forth until you both reach an agreement or walk out! If you're not comfortable with the process bring a trusted friend who has experience buying a new or used vehicle from a dealership. All Dealership will use some of the same tactics, so learn them before going in. Don't fall for the 'ol I got a guy on the phone with a credit card who is willing to pay more, that's one of the oldest tricks in the book. Also as you dicker back and forth they will try to make small talk with you to establish a relationship and they will get up and leave the table and come back, all a ploy to try and get you anxious and make you feel like they are working hard to meet a lower price, ... STICK TO YOUR GUNS! Finally when they offer a reasonable price, TAKE IT! The bottom line is most people are afraid of getting ripped off or spending to much money. Avoid this by doing your research, know your budget and HAVE THE ABILITY TO WALK AWAY! Overall I had a good experience at Good Chevrolet, some of their salesman were xxxxxxxxx, but not Josh. He was straight forward and respectful, which is much appreciated. Thanks for the good experience! More
They put on a big smile and tell you what they want to hear. But they don't follow up. I brought my pickup into have drivers side door hinge pins replaced and the outside bezel replaced. They replaced the hinge pins but didn't do the outside bezel. Made another appointment lined up a ride and took it back for the bezel. During this time the power steering went out and when I brought it in I asked if they could also fix the power steering. While waiting for my ride I remembered that I need a new cable for the tail gate and headed for the parts counter. The custormer service agent that checked me in asked if he could help and I explained that I was going to get a cabel for the tail gait and he would take care of it. When I came back to pick up my truck there is a $18.00 charge to install the $8.00 cable it goes on with one screw. There was also a $52.00 charge to tell me that my power steering was bad and needed to be replaced. They said they couldn't do anything about the diagnosis for the power steering except take it off the charge when I had it repaired. They did say they would refund the labor charge for the cabel installation but after contacting them 2 times because it hasn't happened I gave up on this place and will not be back and won't hesitate to tell people what kind of place this is and that they should avoid it and find some place else that wants you to come back as a satisfied customer. I was pleasantly surprised throughout the entire process when I purchased my vehicle, and now I'm even happier than before. I bought my car over 2 years ago from them and a mileage problem came up on the Ca when I purchased my vehicle, and now I'm even happier than before. I bought my car over 2 years ago from them and a mileage problem came up on the CarFax report when I tried to trade it in at another dealership. The guys down at Good found out that mine was the actual vehicle (thank god) and that there was a fraud out there with the same VIN as mine. Needless to say they got the job done and got the other state to fix their records and now the CarFax report is correct! I'm thankful to say that the boys at good did a great job before and after the sale! More
