This is my third vehicle from Good Chevrolet, they were the only ones who origionaly quoted and sold me the new and sought after V6 Camaro last year, I just purchased a V8 version today. Good Chevrolet had to locate and find the right color and optioned car for me, they sold me the vehicle at a very fair price, was very satisfied with their professionalism, and no bull attitude. Ted Sharp has been a very kind and thoughtfull salesman over the last year, occasionaly contacting my wife and myself to see how we are doing and check on the satisfaction of our purchases, and also sends us a birthday card, and a small gift around Christmas time. As I said previously, I would not go back to a dealer who did not treat me well, and I could name a couple in the last week while surching for my current purchase that did not treat me well, and did not and well not get any recommendations or purchases from me. I purchased a car from Good Chevrolet and had an easy and relaxed car-buying experience. I originally went in thinking about a used car. Someone had just totaled my minivan and I was going to replace it. I looked at the used car lot with one of their sales people. He was very helpful and showed me exactly what I asked for. There were several cars that met my needs but I wanted to think. There was absolutely no pressure. The saleperson said thanks and I walked off the lot. I read up on the Pilot and Traverse. I came back to try out the Traverse and loved it. But I felt like I needed to comparison shop. I tried the Honda dealership to look at the Pilot and quickly became acquainted with high-pressure sales. I couldn't get out of the Honda place fast enough. The next night I had decided on the Traverse and went back in to Good Chevrolet. Everyone from the salesperson through finance was very straight forward and professional but also friendly. I have been back since to have the car serviced. It was very nice. I was able to make my appointment online and they were even accommodating when I was running late. I will definitely be back for maintenance. More

My dependable 1999 Stratus had just been totaled by a mayhem driver (18 yr old teenager). I needed a newer high quality vehicle fast. After speaking with my longtime mechanic and a few friends, I decided to look for a Toyota Corolla. My search began in earnest beginning with Enterprise. Enterprise has a no-dicker sticker policy. With the economy being as is, in shambles, I knew I could do much better. I tried several other dealerships to include a Toyota all to no avail. No one wanted to sell me a car, and we were nearing the end of the month at that! I was completely baffled by what was happening. Before leaving town on a business trip, I emailed a dealership--Good Chevrolet of Renton--which had posted an e-sales ad showing a very nice blue 2009 Toyota Corolla with 33k/m. The price I was offering was $11,800. All places--including this one--were asking $12,500+ depending on the mileage. While out of town the salesman--Josh Graham--had read my response to their ad and heard my concerns. Initially he was firm on the dealerships ad price, but after learning that I was actively searching elsewhere and serious about buying, decided to go to bat for me. He came back with the price I wanted-$11,800! After returning to town I drove to the dealership in my rental and borrowed the car for a couple of hours and had it inspected by my longtime mechanic and a collision repair shop. This 2009 blue Toyota passed both inspections. I returned to Good Chevrolet later that afternoon and closed the deal without any headaches or typical kinds of car-buying-experience games. Thanks Josh! I would encourage all veterans to contact Josh when looking to purchase or replace a car destroyed by a mayhem driver. Josh is not afraid to fight for your price to drive. More

I am so thankful to find a shop that I can bring my Suburban to, knowing I will not be over charged or given quotes for work that I dont need. I received a call that is almost unheard of in this industry! "Good news! It was a simple fix!"....not the major problem I told them I thought I had. The staff seemed HAPPY for me and excited to share the good news that I was saving money! I drive 30 miles to bring my car to Good Chevrolet, because I trust them. When I am in the market for a new vehicle, this will be where I purchase it! More

The dealer is a big dealer. And they will tell you the truth. (I wasted money before I went to this dealer. One small dealer cheated me saying car no accident, but the inspection showed the car is not go truth. (I wasted money before I went to this dealer. Josh Graham, the salesman, was friendly but not pushy. When I decided that I was interested in the car he was fair and honest when coming to an agreement on the price, for my trade-in and the vehicle I was purchasing. In fact, I think they really did try and work with my financial constraints and were flexible with me, not dismissive or rude like other experiences I have had. I would recommend this dealership to others. More
