Good Chevrolet

We had papers ready to sign on a new car at another dealership, but thankfully have a neighbor in the car painting business who recognized that an entire side of the vehicle had been re-painted, and that the paint was already bubbling. His prediction: it would last a year. We still considered buying because our neighbor would be able to fix the problem. But, before we did, I went online again. I found the same year vehicle at Good for $1,000 more than the one we were looking at with the other dealer. However, the one at Good was WAY more loaded, so it was actually a much better value! I called and Josh answered the phone. I was working in the north end, my husband and our trade were in the south end. Josh came and picked me up at the Sounder train station in the car I was interested in. My husband met me at the dealership, and negotiations began. This is where the 4 stars come in instead of 5; I was a little bit disappointed in the amount that we got for our trade. We had been offered more at the other dealership and Good wasn't willing to budge. However, they did make the deal attractive in other areas and we were still happy with the overall makeup, so we went ahead. We were in a hurry to get to another appointment, so Josh and the finance guys were doing awesome at making things go as quickly as possible. We had our two small children with us, and Josh bought our son pretzels and played with him in the new car while hubby and I worked on signing paperwork. I can't tell you how much his "babysitting" helped us get things done! We were in and out of finance in about 20 minutes - fastest time ever! But we still got good explanation of what we were signing, and didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of at all. In fact, we came out of finance with a payment that was $30 LOWER than what we had agreed to in negotiation! How often does THAT happen? Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at Good, and especially with Josh. Yeah, he's a salesman, but he was also straightforward and seemingly honest with us. Sure, he wanted us to buy the car and was doing all he could to make that happen, but I wasn't put off by him, either. I would buy another car from him for sure. All that said... now it's time to test the service department. Looks like we have a leak! I know it's new and not something Good hid from us since we've had rain already, so don't misinterpret this problem as something they hid from us, but it will be interesting to see how they do. My phone call to service was awesome - Dave was funny and empathetic, and we'll have the car in soon. Yay for extended warranties! :) Hopefully it will be something easy and we'll get great service - if we do, maybe I'll come back and give them that 5th star! More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Good Chevrolet & this experience was better than the first. Al was very easy to work with. I gave Al all fives because I had gone to two other dealerships to purchase the Jeep Liberty and I was very annoyed by the salesmen at other dealerships in Renton. However, as soon as I came to Good Chevrolet Al was right there ready to help (I had to wait 20 minutes to get a salesman to help me at the Jeep Dealership in Renton). We got to the lot at opening and were promptly greeted by Ted who was very personable and by far one of the nicest salesmen I have had the opportunity to work with. He explained the vehicle very well and answered whatever questions I had regarding the truck. I didn't really price out various vehicles as my mind was pretty set on the one we purchased but the price was good and was exactly what we were looking for. I will surely be bringing the truck to this location for servicing when due as from what I encountered on my first visit; it can only be professional and prompt. More

I didnt have any luck finding the color I wanted; so, thats when I started calling dealerships. That's how I got referred to josh graham internet sales. While other dealerships kept calling and calling me to come in to drive a camaro that didnt meet my specifications, josh took the time to locate my dream camaro. After the loan was approved and after josh had found the best bank interest rate for me, josh had my dream camaro delivered to the dealership. Before and during the test drive, I was impressed that josh knew everything about my new 2011 camaro and he showed me how to operate all the gagets(smile). I have heard all the horror stories about purchasing a new car at dealerships; but, my experience with Josh , the finance mgr, and the accessories mgr were extremly professional and courteous.
