Got more vehicle for less then other dealerships. Sales person listened to my demands and did not try and push on in a vehicle that we did not want. The buying experience was by the far the best we've ever had. Josh listened to my wife and helped her narrow down the vehicle SHE wanted (a 2010 Tahoe LTZ) with specific trim options over the phone and via had. Josh listened to my wife and helped her narrow down the vehicle SHE wanted (a 2010 Tahoe LTZ) with specific trim options over the phone and via email. This was in stark contrast to the other dealers we dealt with where they simply wanted to sell to her the vehicle they had or with little to no consideration that she was making a serious inquiry. When we showed up to the dealership the vehicle was ready and Josh really took his time to let us decide and finalize our decision. There was no pressure and I feel like the price I was looking for and the one we decided upon was fair. In fact according to truecar.com it was the second best price paid in the last 9 months for the same vehicle by no more than 15 dollars in over a 100 mile radius. There was no middle-man BS and we walked out the door incredibly happy with our decision. Finalizing the deal with the finance manager was pain free. There was no hard sell on unnecessary upgrades or services that we didn't want or need. Josh has also been extremely attentive and professional and has followed up with us regularly to ensure that we are happy with our purchase since the sale was finalized. I typically purchase a new vehicle for myself or my wife every 3-4 years and can say hands down that Josh and Good Chevrolet have made a customer for life. More
