The buying experience was by the far the best we've ever had. Josh listened to my wife and helped her narrow down the vehicle SHE wanted (a 2010 Tahoe LTZ) with specific trim options over the phone and via had. Josh listened to my wife and helped her narrow down the vehicle SHE wanted (a 2010 Tahoe LTZ) with specific trim options over the phone and via email. This was in stark contrast to the other dealers we dealt with where they simply wanted to sell to her the vehicle they had or with little to no consideration that she was making a serious inquiry. When we showed up to the dealership the vehicle was ready and Josh really took his time to let us decide and finalize our decision. There was no pressure and I feel like the price I was looking for and the one we decided upon was fair. In fact according to truecar.com it was the second best price paid in the last 9 months for the same vehicle by no more than 15 dollars in over a 100 mile radius. There was no middle-man BS and we walked out the door incredibly happy with our decision. Finalizing the deal with the finance manager was pain free. There was no hard sell on unnecessary upgrades or services that we didn't want or need. Josh has also been extremely attentive and professional and has followed up with us regularly to ensure that we are happy with our purchase since the sale was finalized. I typically purchase a new vehicle for myself or my wife every 3-4 years and can say hands down that Josh and Good Chevrolet have made a customer for life. More

He has patience in trying to listen & understand customer concerns & queries. He acts with a great deal of professionalism & confidence on his product. I went in to purchase a blank chipped key and to get the key cut, their machine screwed up on 5 keys trying to cut it for my truck, so now I have a blank key I have to go to a locksmith to have cut because key cut, their machine screwed up on 5 keys trying to cut it for my truck, so now I have a blank key I have to go to a locksmith to have cut because their machine couldn't do it. I had an extra FOB (keyless remote) that needed to be programmed to the truck and also have the new transmitted key programmed to the truck. Being told it would cost $57 to program the key and $115 to program the remote, I asked if they could do it for free since I am purchasing the key there (I'm not dumb, I know it isn't rocket science). So they decided on 30 minutes of serive for the key, 30 minutes of service for the FOB. Although I purchased my truck from Chevrolet of Puyallup (go to Puyallup, not to Good Chevrolet, its worth the drive and they will match Good's prices anyways) I work in Renton and figured I would support the local dealership. NEVER AGAIN. The ONLY good thing that came out was the parts guy told me how to program the key after I told him service was going to charge me $57, lone behold it only takes 10 seconds. I googled "how to program FOB for 2010 Silverado", in 10 seconds I came up with good information on the internet, programmed the remote MYSELF, and the remote works. I feel lied to and wasn't helped what so ever. The BS of "well it'll take a technician to program that remote" and my rebuttal of "oh, I know its a matter of a sequence of buttons, so maybe tell me how to do it?" and their answer of "its not that simple" irritates me. Lastly, I originally went into Good Chevrolet to look at trucks, again lied to by them telling me another guy was going to buy the truck unless I said I would sign papers to lock up the deal, and I wouldn't find a lower price on the same truck anywhere else.. guess what the truck is still sitting at the lot, and I found the same truck, in the color I wanted, somewhere else for $2000 less. Thanks Good Chevrolet for saving my time and never coming to you guys again. More
