Richard was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features and technology the truck had as I owned my last Silverado for 18 years and wasn’t up to date on all that stuff. I would recommend Richard if you use Good Chevrolet. More
I bought my 2016 chevy impala in 2017 of September. Always brought car in for any concerns and maintenance. Had transmission serviced 4/2/21, four months later i started having issues with the performa Always brought car in for any concerns and maintenance. Had transmission serviced 4/2/21, four months later i started having issues with the performance of my transmission, brought back 8/2021 and then again 9/2021 for issues not being resolved. They found nothing because their wasn't any codes and claimed car was fine. 7 months later transmission goes out 4/7/22. Sent email to Service Director, Mr. Manning on 4/18 and hand delivered letter for General Manager on 4/20 with no response from the GM.. Mr Manning did respond and only agreed to only look at car without cost, but I would hv to get it towed at my expense for the third time. After I already had it diagnosed on 4/13/22 by the shop I had it towed to because I literally was stuck at work with my car not moving. Not once did Mr. Manning have empathy on the situation. I feel that his service department failed when it came to properly evaluating my vehicle and its like if there's no light on or code then they think all is fine. I faithfully brought my car to them and now that I'm complaining and wanting resolution, its like oh well not our issue and it must have been something I did, but at the end of the day I relied on their findings, which has now left me with a non working car and not much as an apology was giving to me. All I can say is your only that " valued customer" when your spending money. If you got an issue, you're on your own. The last email I got from Mr. Manning today 4/26/22, was it for me. Once he said if you in fact do need a transmission, repairs would be at your expense. Like really.... If my car was properly evaluated, I would not now have a non operating vehicle. I will be filing my grievance with this dealership, even if there is no resolution to my liking, but at least my words will be seen and just take caution when dealing with Good Chevrolet. I would never refer anyone to them for anything. My car didn't even last 5 years and as a single mom the struggle is real, but I will bounce back. More
Good Chevrolet I am not one to leave reviews, especially not bad reviews but Good Chevrolet deserves it after their degrading and dire spectrum service from all employees (salesman-financing-mana especially not bad reviews but Good Chevrolet deserves it after their degrading and dire spectrum service from all employees (salesman-financing-management). I purchased a used 2018 F-150 for $27k. The vehicle and the rest of the inventory is amazing, some of the best selections on used vehicles in the Seattle area. That was my big winning feature that drew me to the dealership. Everything was going fine. Called in, asked to have a vehicle pulled to the front, arrived and the vehicle was right up front. Test drove it, then when I returned back, was asked to speak to a different salesman because the one we originally spoke to had “to much on his plate.” (Said the sales manager), no big deal! Moved to forward with the process, no big deal. Finalized the price and was told “please get your check here today as it is the final day of the month and I am waiting on a bonus.” From our original salesman (who we hadn’t spoke to since the original phone call might I add). We got the check to them the next day, and we’re ready to pick up the vehicle. We got stuck in a 5 day dun around of them not being able to locate the keys (resulting in a new set having to be ordered, longer wait time.) was called “stuck in my ways.” For having outside financing from Alaska USA, got called “snobby” and “stuck up” from the salesman on the phone, and so much more! After YELLING, at the sales manager over the phone about how rude their salesman had been, I was told this was a usual problem and that I would just have to “stick it out”. I had already purchased the vehicle and was simply waiting for the dealership to “ok” the financing because of their policies. As I drove away in my $27k truck, the salesman were heard saying “daddy must love him” and “wow, I can’t imagine getting that truck at 18! Must be nice to be rich.” I have since purchased 3 vehicles from Korum ford, and can say DO NOT USE GOOD CHEVROLET! Let my experience show you how little they care about their customers! Not only do they not offer any warranty’s on their used vehicles (if you are looking for warranty’s I suggest using Korum!) but they also do very little to eas the buying process. More
I bought a used LOW mileage Honda Ridgeline via internet sales. Was told vehicle was in tip top shape and the miles reflected it. When it arrived (I live in Colorado) I noticed it was smoking the second the sales. Was told vehicle was in tip top shape and the miles reflected it. When it arrived (I live in Colorado) I noticed it was smoking the second they unloaded from the truck. Suspicious, I opened the hood. Coolant overflow was completely empty. The radiator was down 2” as well. I checked the oil which was dark for just having an oil change, and noticed a brown foam under the oil filler cap. I reached out to the salesman and asked if he knew the vehicle was smoking and was told it was fine. I checked the “clean carfax” and called the mechanic who “checked the engine” prior to “Good” Chevrolet offering it up for sale. They said “discovered damage to spark plug in cyl 4, excessive oil consumption, smoking, and coolant loss. Diagnosis is catastrophic engine failure and recommend total engine replacement.” After 10 calls to the dealer and no call backs, I finally spoke with the sales manager, who was rude at best. He insinuated that I blew the motor and I had some colorful language and was hung up on. I tried to call back and was told someone would call me back. I asked to speak with the general manager and was told he’s on vacation. I was able to leave a message. They knowingly sold me a vehicle with known issues and did not disclose it, assuming since I was out of state they could blow me off. I have been speaking with a auto fraud lawyer based out of Seattle and hope to have to have some resolution. The $6900 for a motor replacement is ridiculous. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. More

We are in the middle of opening a lawsuit against this dealership. Where do I start? We bought a used 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. It had some issues with it... No big deal BUT there were a couple issues that dealership. Where do I start? We bought a used 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. It had some issues with it... No big deal BUT there were a couple issues that the salesman said he WOULD fix. The trim on the door was falling off and he said they would "fix" it.. their fix was to glue it down and there was so much glue everywhere and they even got it on the window so now we are stuck with glue everywhere and a crappy looking fix. On top of that there was GLASS in one of the backseat pockets and we asked them to clean it. He said they would so we assumed they did until my 8 year old son reached in there and CUT his hand. Not only that but we left the lot and noticed the car was on EMPTY even though we told the salesman that before we left and as we were driving down the freeway right after leaving the dealership, we noticed they let us leave the lot with no break lights! He had complete disregard for our safety! So we had to go purchase break lights the night we bought the car. Another issue we had was that I noticed X's on one of the rear taillight and front light and asked the salesman what they were for and he told me it means they just looked over the car. I highly doubt that since the only two lights that were X'd were the ones that have condensation all on the inside now. I called the manager and he was listening to a baseball game loud enough for me to hear in the background while talking to him about my son getting cut and after all of this he offered to replace the money we spent on break lights and clean the car out. First off, I already tried once to have them clean the glass and apparently that didn't happen so I do NOT trust that and second off, break lights were not expensive and I don't feel that is good enough. The problem is the fact that they let us illegally leave the lot and left glass in the seat pocket after that issue was addressed. We have evidence that the salesman told us the glass would be taken care of and evidence my son's hand was cut. What should be done is them fix all of the trim they screwed up and get the glue off, show empathy for my son's hand and replace whatever else they lied to us about. I wasn't frustrated until my son was injured from their lack of caring about customers. More
