Bryant, walked me through the car, took it out for a test drive and then through the buying process the next day. he worked for me and eventually advocated for the price I was willing to pay. The GM thanked me personally for my business. I found the dealership to be very friendly and flexible. Bryant worked hard for the sale and even came with me to return a rental car so I could drive home in my new RX 350. I would highly recommend Good Chevrolet and Bryant Morris. More

The guys at Good Chevrolet came highly recommended by a trusted friend, so I went. I was blown away at the extent to which these guys tried to help me out. After hearing my story over the past 6 months with cars and finances it quickly became a personal quest for them to get me into a rig they knew would be reliable and serve all my needs and AT THE SAME TIME get me an incredible financing option. I know "they bent over backwards" is somewhat cliche, but seriously... they really did everything in their power to take care of me. The personal service and friendly, customer oriented approach they take (aka, not pushy) when helping is a breath of fresh air in the industry AND the current economy. They went to bat for me. They took a personal interest in creating the perfect situation for me in regards to both the car AND the financing. Also, not to be overlooked is their ridiculously huge selection. Their lot is massive. Alex, Zach and Conor all were awesome and I consider them friends now. Bottom line... My husband and I had a horrible experience at Good Chevrolet last night. We were led to believe a car we wanted to buy at a price we could afford would be on the lot. We left work early and drove over two hours to test drive and possibly purchase this car. When we got to the lot they told us it had already been sold and that they would not be interested in righting the mistake they made by neglecting to check on the status of the vehicle knowing the effort it would take for us to visit them. I highly recommend looking somewhere else for your next vehicle purchase. More

My husband and I went in yesterday with the full intent of purchasing a car, but when we got there, the cars were not in good condition (come to find out later, they don't clean the cars before putting the of purchasing a car, but when we got there, the cars were not in good condition (come to find out later, they don't clean the cars before putting them on the lot). They were all pretty banged up, funky smells, just overall not taken care of once the dealership got a hold of them. The salesman (Jeff) was a perfectly nice guy, and understood that they didn't have what we were looking for, his manager Alex on the other hand, was awful. He tried to talk us into a car that we didn't want, telling us another car that we had looked at (at a different chevy dealer) wasn't what we wanted, and why would we spend more on that car, when he could slap a new bumper on this one for a few hundred bucks. No thanks. The guy refused to listen, and even if we had decided that car was for us, we both agreed that we would NEVER give Alex our business. Alex was also very rude to Jeff, in our presence, which never sits well. I don't want to see someone being scolded, especially considering it wasn't his fault that good chev thinks it's appropriate to put cars on the lot before they're detailed in any way. I could go on and on about how awful the cars and this guy was, but I'll leave it at this, if you can find a car elsewhere that you like, do it. Don't go here first. More
