I went to this dealership because their Internet price for Volts were seemingly very competitive. I decided on a car and negotiated a price with a sales manager. He told me the GM site was down but he would get the paperwork completed. He would phone me the next day to let me know when I could come back to sign the finance papers. We shook on the deal and I signed the offer sheet next to the negotiated price. The sales manager did call the next day, but told me that he found there was an error on their part so they could not do the deal. Unbelievably he told me the they would have to add $1000 to the original asking price! This was $2100 over the price they had agreed to the day before. I complained to the general sales manager. He told me he would get back to me that night and they would make it right. That was four days ago! I don't think I am getting a call back. This is the most unethical dealing I have ever seen, bordering on fraud. This dealership gives car dealers a bad name, a tough thing to do. More

I was only able to obtain a fairly reasonable price for a new 2013 Silverdo because of the manufacturer's incentives. Without them, I would have significantly overpaid for the vehicle. In the end, the dealer fraudulenty attempted to increase the agreed upon auto loan rate without my knowledge. I originally signed a retail sale installment contract for the vehicle purchase at an interest rate (APR) of 2.99 percent on May 16, 2013. After leaving Good Chevrolet with the new vehicle, I was informed later that day that I was required to return to the dealership to sign a revised contract to correct a date. I was not informed at that time the dealership intended to raise the interest rate to 3.24 percent. I returned to sign a revised agreement on May 17, 2013. After presenting me with the revised contract, the dealership again did not inform me that the APR was increased to 3.24 percent in the new contract. Fortunately for me, I recognized the interest rate increase and informed the dealership that I would not agree to the 3.24 interest rate. After some discussion, the dealership reluctantly revised the contract to specify the original 2.99 percent interest rate. I have never experienced this type of fraudulent activity in past new vehicle purchases. A subsequent search of consumer reviews of Good Chevrolet disclosed that this dealership has attempted to unethically manipulate the auto loan rate on other customers. I obviously will not conduct business with your tis dealership in the future. More

I was purchasing my car thru the Costco Program and was lead to this dealership. If I knew what I know now, I would have asked to be referred to a different dealership thru the program. Anyway, I had a sales person call me within hours of the Costco Program form I filled out and sent via internet. However, it did not seem that he had read any of the things that I wanted in my new car. When I reiterated to him what I was looking for, he simply told me that he couldn't get the car I wanted and offered other similar but much more expensive cars on the lot. I told him I needed to think about it and would call him back. I discussed it with my husband and we came to the conclusion that I was buying my dream car, why was I willing to settle for something that was less than I wanted with a higher price tag than what was offered in the Costco Program. The next day I called the salesperson back and told him, if he couldn't get me what I wanted for the price that was offered in the Costco Program, I wasn't buying a new car. I specified the "must haves" again ... a very simple 3 things, engine size, color and a sun roof. I was called later with news that one was found in the tri state area and they could get it here. I said OK ... We went to the dealership to sign all the paperwork! Even tho they new we were coming, it still took ~4hrs for this process to happen. You would think that if they had 1/2 day to prepare for us, we would have been in and out of there. What makes it all worse is that we bought from Doxon Toyota in Auburn just 4months before (my husbands dream 4X4) thru the Costco program and everything from start to finish, test drive, financing, trade-in talk, etc took less time then the simple finance portion of the transaction at Good. I think what really steamed me at Good was that they gave you a laptop that they carry around and ask you to write a review write in front of them - I am guessing that this is the ones you are directed to from their website. Really - you are in the middle of a car deal, you are waiting for the finance guy to help you out and here is this laptop they shove in front of you and want you to write a review right then. Then I get the sales guy telling me at least 5 times that night and 3 times when I went back to get the car after it was shipped up here to make sure when I get the survey from Chevy that I only write good things on there because if any thing is bad, the whole thing is considered bad. So I guess what I am trying to say in a whole bunch of words ... is the reviews on their site, were given under pressure so they may not be 100% true reviews. More

I have had thousands of people work for me in my courier (retired)....I know talent when I see it....He has it, and I would keep my eye on hem.....I am so happy I got to know hem, and very happy with your dealership...... They took excellent care of me from the time I stepped on to the lot. I was looking for a Lexus RX 350 and they had one that met all my criteria. Bryant, walked me through the car, took it out for a test drive and then through the buying process the next day. he worked for me and eventually advocated for the price I was willing to pay. The GM thanked me personally for my business. I found the dealership to be very friendly and flexible. Bryant worked hard for the sale and even came with me to return a rental car so I could drive home in my new RX 350. I would highly recommend Good Chevrolet and Bryant Morris. More

I found the whole purchasing experience very stress free, and, I very much appreciated Alex showing me how the stick shift transmission worked on the Saturn, and giving me the confidence to know that I can still drive a manual transmission car, which is exactly what I wanted, because of the current gas prices. Overall, I would highly recommend Alex Lee and Good Chevrolet! More

The guys at Good Chevrolet came highly recommended by a trusted friend, so I went. I was blown away at the extent to which these guys tried to help me out. After hearing my story over the past 6 months with cars and finances it quickly became a personal quest for them to get me into a rig they knew would be reliable and serve all my needs and AT THE SAME TIME get me an incredible financing option. I know "they bent over backwards" is somewhat cliche, but seriously... they really did everything in their power to take care of me. The personal service and friendly, customer oriented approach they take (aka, not pushy) when helping is a breath of fresh air in the industry AND the current economy. They went to bat for me. They took a personal interest in creating the perfect situation for me in regards to both the car AND the financing. Also, not to be overlooked is their ridiculously huge selection. Their lot is massive. Alex, Zach and Conor all were awesome and I consider them friends now. Bottom line... Good Chevrolet is now my first, and only option (as well as all my friends and family) for buying a vehicle. I seriously couldn't thank them enough for what they pulled off to help me out. More
