Teddy worked hard to be sure this was a much better experience. When first car did not pass inspection, he found another, for less money, and made sure everything worked. Would highly recommend Teddy and Good Chevrolet in the future. He made sure that we were comfortable with the experience and even changed the plates when they came in. Very, Very Happy. More

Well, we put that baby to bed because we had the pleasure of meeting Teddy Sharp who was definitely sharp on everything he provided us. We were very impressed with his professionalism, respect, honesty, courtesy, personal, funny, and more. He never pushed us into anything and was very understanding what we were looking for and wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all good and even brought us snacks and water as well. He is the type of salesman that should be at all dealerships. I will always recommend him for anyone. Julie Edergton who works in finance has been there since we stepped in her office with all the help we need to fill out all the paperwork. She even was very funny and personal as well, just like Teddy is. Both of these individuals are awesome at what they do and should deserve the credit where it is due. He doesn't pressure you at all and listens to what the customers needs are. By far one of the best salesman I have had the pleasure to work with. Greg Sheridan runs a very professional dealership down there from the service department to the sales department. I have purchased 4 vehicles now from Good Chevrolet and 1 at a dealership I won't name. The reason that I am purchasing this 4th one from Good Chevrolet is that the one time I went to a different dealership, it backfired. I was treated like an afterthought and my best interest wasn't even on their minds. I recommend this location to anyone in the market for great deals and genuine customer service! Honest From The Start. My first contact with Good Chevrolet was through the internet department. I sent in a request about a specific vehicle. A very quick response was received from Greg Mechanic. I was looking for a specific truck for my business. Greg listen to my needs and made a few recomendations I never considered. After two visits and several presentations I made a decision. Not once did I feel pressured on my first or second visit form my salesman Greg or the floor manager. These was not the experience I was expecting! Negotiating was also very professional and stright to the point. I was expecting more for my trade but after understanding the more than fair price I was receiving my decision came easy. Finance beat my bank of 22 years by 1.5% on my loan. I have not used the service department since my truck is so new. But I will have plenty of time since Good Chevrolet included free life time oil change services. Prior to me contacting Good Chevrolet I had visited two other local dealers. I felt becaus I'm a woman both salesmen did not take me serious or listen to my needs. Both dealers wasted my time and managers above both salesmen were rude and condescending. My Good Chevrolet experience changed my opinion of both car salesmen and car dealerships. I had an exceptional experience. More
Terrible Customer Service I have never received such terrible customer service like what I received from Good Chevrolet, specifically from Julie, their Finance person. In my a I have never received such terrible customer service like what I received from Good Chevrolet, specifically from Julie, their Finance person. In my attempt to get a refund for my GAP insurance, I was lied to multiple times about the process and required paperwork. I went into the dealership early March and filled out the paperwork. I asked if anything else was needed and was told “no” but was asked my phone number so that they could call me if there were any issues. I was told my refund would take 4-6 weeks to process. After 7 weeks and no check, I called and spoke with Julie who then told me my refund would actually take 6-8 weeks. I wanted 3 more weeks, thinking I was giving them extra time and still no check. I called again and was now told that my paperwork was still sitting on Julie’s desk. Apparently there was paperwork they were waiting for. I was not asked for any additional paperwork when I was in the dealership initially and I asked if they needed anything else. I was not asked for paperwork when I called after 7 weeks checking on the status, and not once did I receive a phone call asking for paperwork even though I was asked for my phone number so they could call me if there were issues. So finally 3 months after I requested my refund I was told by Julie that if I sent her what she needed, she could process my refund in “30 seconds”. I scanned what she needed and emailed it to her in less than 10 minutes and requested confirmation of receipt. I did not get confirmation until late the next morning and was told that it would take another day or two to get my money. Not sure now “30 seconds” is the same as a day or two. The next day I am told that the Controller had to process my check. When I spoke to him on the phone, he was the most condescending man I have ever spoke to. I will never be back at Good Chevrolet again. They do not care about customer service and instead of bending over backwards to correct their mistake, I received attitude over the phone and I wouldn’t put it past Julie that she worked even slower than usual. More
