Great Chev!!! I found the car I wanted on cars.com, it was at Good Chevrolet.... I called them on Monday and spoke with Israel. I told him what vehicle I was interested in and he told me go online and fill out the 'pre qualify' application on their website. I sent him a text and told him it was complete, we discussed that I would come test drive it after work Tuesday. I got there and test drove MY car! The process was fast and seamless... I was joking with my friend in the waiting area (while waiting on my insurance to send over proof of insurance) how they have put a fast line on purchasing a vehicle. I am so happy with my car and was extremely happy with the service I received from Israel and everyone that I dealt with here. Thank you Good Chev for all your help!!! This was my second time purchasing a car from these guys and both times completely satisfied! More

Nate was a great help with making us feel comfortable and helping us with any questions we asked. Austin made the whole sales process go buy with out a hitch. Dave made sure we knew everything we needed to know about our auto loan before we left those doors. Great experience! More

New AXLE fell out of Saturn after Good Chev Renton installe Our Saturn 2008 had a rubbing sound from front left when making a left turn. Renton service department recommended replacing front left axle, $800.00 Our Saturn 2008 had a rubbing sound from front left when making a left turn. Renton service department recommended replacing front left axle, $800.00. This was April 2015, 311 miles later while wife going to work on 405 to take I5 Southbound, left axle pulled out of transmission while doing 45 mph, she pulled onto the shoulder, rpm red-lined, car rolled forward in park position. After tow back, we were advised that the retaining ring that holds in the axle was not installed correctly. I asked them to check the transmission which they declined. Two days later car not driving right, took back, now advised that we need new transmission and GM will pay 40%, we were out $3,000. Repaired, still not correct, took back and on their own without contacting us first, removed and replaced the radiator for another $1,000. Discussed with Service Manager Bob Manning, he did nothing. Wrote a letter to GM Corporate, still no action or concern on their part. Finally writing this as we feel this has not had any accountability by the Dealer. More

Service was ok Experience was not so great I drove from out of state to buy a car I found online. I had been shopping for over a month so I knew this was the vehicle that was right for my famil I drove from out of state to buy a car I found online. I had been shopping for over a month so I knew this was the vehicle that was right for my family. The price was a little high, but the salesmen very bluntly told me they don't negotiate prices. I thought that was odd, but knew I wanted this vehicle. They also refused to swap out the ridiculous 22 inch rims/tires that they had advertised as 17's saying they didn't have another Suburban to put them onto??? They're a Chevy dealership for crying out loud. Again, whatever, I knew I'd just take them to Les Schwabs and trade them in for something a lot less flashy and oversized. We sat alone at the desk for most of the experience waiting for our paperwork, until we took our daughter over to play in their FILTHY kids play area. When I asked for a water I was sent to a drinking fountain. The day after we got home with the vehicle the passenger leather seat tore open (they had apparently glued it closed at the seam instead of repairing it correctly and it lasted all of a day). To top it off we also realized we weren't sent home with an owners manual for the vehicle so not only were we not shown how to use the features of the ca (I guess that would take too much time on their part), we can't even read up on it! We called and requested they send us one and it has yet to show up almost 2 months later. We're not holding our breath. So the sales guys were ok up until the time they knew we were going to purchase the vehicle, then it was like we weren't important to them at all. The service as a whole from the dealership was pretty crappy and we were sold a $35,000 vehicle that we don't even know how to work all the features on. They even tried to send us away on an empty tank of gas.....I was appalled! After telling the salesman as much, he finally ponied up a gas certificate for us. I would think for as much as we spent they would have valued our business a little more. I would not recommend them unless they have the specific vehicle you're wanting to purchase (such as in my case). I have bought several cars from different dealerships and have never had a poor experience, so this was a first for me. More
