My wife and I have rarely ended up buying cars from dealerships (one time, 2001) because of the hassle, run-around, and pressure to always spend more My wife and I have rarely ended up buying cars from dealerships (one time, 2001) because of the hassle, run-around, and pressure to always spend more than we have budgeted. We got none of that here and that is probably the reason we bought the car. We were shown the car we came to see, without any effort, whatsoever, to get us into something more expensive. We had some hesitation, as the size was a little different than my wife expected, but eventually decided to purchase the car with no sales pressure. The process was also quick and efficient as well as it was curteous. My wife and I are busy people who don't particularly love car shopping and were there out of necessity. A. J. and Trevor with both friendly and helpful without being silly and annoying. Everything was clear and transparent, we did not feel like we were being fooled or pressured at any point. I would definitely recommend these gentlemen to other I know that have had difficulty with dealerships in the past. More

Surprise car purchase I walked into Good Chevrolet on Saturday morning for an oil change and had no intention of buying a car. I was bored waiting on my car to be done so I I walked into Good Chevrolet on Saturday morning for an oil change and had no intention of buying a car. I was bored waiting on my car to be done so I decided to go look at some cars. Walked up to the front desk and asked for a dealer. A.J. Takhar came up to me and I explained that I didn't know what I really wanted to see but I liked my current Chevy Malibu so maybe we should look into a newer one. He asked me a few more questions and then decided to start with seeing what he could offer me. Honestly at this point I still wasn't thinking about buying a car but decided to do the application and see. A.J walked away for a few moments after my application was done and returned to say would you like to see a 2015 Malibu I believe we can get you approved for that today. I looked at him like he was crazy cause I really didn't expect him to say that. I said sure let's go see. We walked to the car and he said go ahead get in have a seat. I got in the car and was amazed at how nice it looked. He asked if I was interested in looking into financing options and I said sure why not. Next thing I knew he came back with an offer I couldn't turn down. I was so excited. I must say that A.J definitely did a great job at turning a bored girl into a very happy customer. More
