On the drive Brett told me all about all the options that it had and those were the ones that I wanted. So getting back from the test drive I met Zach and hoped this car was going to be in my budget. His main focus was just that I was happy with the service they were providing regardless of whether I bought a car from them or not. He was very patient ( 5 hours and many test drives later) and easy to talk to. He also was very attentive to my needs, offering water and snacks (since I had been there awhile.) When I decided on a car, the paperwork portion went very quickly and smoothly, the finance manager Julie was very organized and efficient.
