Horrible First and Last Experience I made arrangements to purchase a car for my mother from out of state. My mother hand-picked the car and was told they would hold it for her (even putting her name on it). My mother sent me the stock ID so I could pull it up online, and I confirmed the mileage, Carfax and details. I was told they don't accept payments from out of state, but after several calls I was told she could give them a cashier's check and sign it over to them. As a result, Brett confirmed the total out the door price, rounding up, and told me that would cover everything. In addition, he assured me that if there was a small amount of funds in excess, it would be refunded to my mother. Having worked through the financial payment and warranties, etc. we got the insurance set up and agreed to pick up the car two days later. The day before the scheduled pick up, my mother decided to get the car early after discovering her old car had a flat tire. After completing all of the necessary paperwork, a sales representative took her payment for the amount agreed, then charged her almost $200 extra, and tried to give her the same car she had purchased with 2000 more miles! She ended up not driving away with the car as they still needed the insurance information, so she agreed to go back and pick it up the next day. I was very upset by this as I had spent an extensive amount of time confirming the final payment - and told it was on the high end - for a car with less miles. When I called for an explanation, first I was told the car she wanted had scratches, so they were giving her a "better" car, albeit with higher miles, for $100 more. I then asked to confirm the price because online, the cars for $100 more had less miles (around 12k). I was then told that the problem was that the total I was quoted wasn't calculated correctly, and the change in miles didn't matter. When I questioned this as my mother said the car she chose had no scratches and the odometer read 13k+ miles, they denied it. I felt they were taking advantage of her and told the rep. they should honor the price and car as agreed or return the money to her. A manager, Jeff, later called back to see what happened. When I explained all of the misinformation I was given, he justified it saying they're busy and whatever happened I could take the car or he'll shred the paperwork. He also denied that I had purchased a specific car saying they don't "hold" cars, although they had put my mother's names on the car, and we spoke with them for 3 days straight to confirm when she was coming to pick it up! When I explained what I had been told all week leading up to the purchase, Jeff said it didn't matter because he's the manger! Due to this deceptive treatment and Jeff's complete disregard of the circumstances compounded by his extremely rude and negative attitude, I initially agreed to let the deal go. A couple hours later, however, I phoned back to proceed, after my mother expressed she still wanted the car. Jeff, however, then refused to sale it to her, and thereby reneged on the contract! I would never patronize a business that is boldly dishonest and blames the consumer for being misinformed by their employees, with no attempts made for a resolution. I caution anyone who deals with this company to be skeptical of what you are told, because if it doesn't come from a manager, according to Jeff, it is subject to change, and they are not accountable. Probably could have got more for my trade elsewhere however I was treated fairly and well and Richard , Johnny and the Manager Pete were awesome. More

We were looking at getting a used Chrysler Town & Country and Good Chevrolet had a bunch of them. We visited the dealership twice during the week and looked at 8 different vans. Jimmy was great and didn't mind at all taking us around looking at them all, giving us time to make our decision, and not hovering around like a lot of salesmen do. We could take our time, by ourselves to go over everything and never felt pressured. Skip was great as well getting us setup and discussing our financing options with us. He really worked at getting us the best possible option for us. He explained everything really well and was open about it. Julie in financing was efficient. She had an answer to every one of our questions and was able to quickly and efficiently take us through all of the paperwork. That part of the buying experience which usually seems to involve a lot of sitting around waiting for the next form to read/sign didn't happen. She had everything ready to go so we just had to read and sign. She never rushed us but was able to move as quickly as we were comfortable with. More

Good price on truck, average overall experience Great interaction with the sales rep, Johnny. However, beyond his help, I've found the team at Good Chevy to be disconnected and communication to be challenging. For example, the truck that I came in to see was parked out front and unlocked when I came in, however I was told 3 different things by people inside regarding the whereabouts of the truck, the keys for the truck and whether it was actually available to be purchased or had a recall waiting to be performed. While I wasn't happy with the trade-in value I received, I was happy with the price of the new truck and decided to move forward under the condition that the sales team was helping me to get some aftermarket parts at cost. This was even written into a 'we owe you'. However, working with the team ever since, I've had poor-to-no communication and have wasted time driving ~30 miles down to meet face-to-face when people aren't there, even though I was told to come at that time. I am still waiting on replies here and continue to have to chase this down from my end. In the end, it seems that the 'at cost' parts that were promised will save me very little to offset the low trade in value. Regarding the trade-in value, I was also told by the GSM (Mike, I think), that I'd be able to look on their website in a few days and see my old truck at a cost below what they purchased it for. He even stated that people 'tell him it's impossible, and how could he do that?' Well, I did, and the truck is priced $8k above what I traded it in for. This = lost trust and likely future business. All in all, an average experience. I liked the price of the truck and the truck itself, but have been much more impressed by other dealerships service, negotiations and overall experience. Namely, Micheals Toyota of Bellevue has been great in all regards, and as a result I've purchased 4 new vehicles in the past 5 years there, and will likely return there for my next. More
