Sorry to have disturbed you! We drove out from tacoma to Renton to check out a few used Acadia's they 28 used low mile ones. The sales guy was rude and honestly acted as if we were disturbing his time looking out the window. He did inform us the cars we were looking for were across in the other lot. And pointed the way for us. I actually thought there would be other people there to help and then figured he should have actually went to help us since no one else is there and all of the cars are locked. In any case I would never recommend this dealer after this. We just left we will find the vehicle we want else where. Shame really they had a lot of great options towards what we are looking for but no way would I want someone like him to get the sale. More

Poor customer service all the way First of all, parking is a disaster. I ask a salesman for directions to a place to park. He says just go find a place and walks off. Increadable. Next the vehicle I was considering purchasing was in for an oil change. I confirmed with a sales person the vehicle would be ready for me to see the day before. The salesman said the price is the price. We do NOT negotiate at all. I asked him to discount the $150 document fee. He said his manager refused. I have purchase over 200 vehicles for our construction trade business. I have never been treated so poorly before. This is not a place I will EVER visit again for a vehicle purchase. If you are looking for a vehicle, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. More
