All I kept hearing was "we're the largest volume dealer" so you'd think they'd be a big more understanding if a buyer wanted to cancel their purchase 20 hours after buying it. Nope. Nada. I found myself buying a "downgraded" version of the car I really wanted and 20 hours later got a phone call that another dealer had found it at the same price I bought my entry-level rig for! I went to Good hoping for some understanding and sympathy but nope. Cold shoulder, "deal's a deal", "too bad man, you bought a car." Is all I heard. Apparently the Largest Volume Dealer needs each and every sale; customer peace-of-mind be damned. More
Amazing Sales & Management Staff! I came to see a very specific vehicle that this dealership had & I had a complicated deal that I need to make. Not only did Jimmy do an excellent job in showing me all the features of the car, he also worked with me in getting the complex deal I wanted done in the easiest & smoothest way possible. More than that, he worked with his manger, Josh, to make the whole process seamless. My line of work involves complex and often contentious negotiations; Jimmy & Josh made it so that buying my car was the easiest part of my week! Great people, great service, and awesome attention to detail, all wrapped into a package that also makes every customer walk away feeling beyond certain that they made the best deal and with the best people! More

I was planning on making a large down payment, then financing the remainder. The salesman, Johnny, made me an offer that was so reasonable, I couldn't refuse! He provided me the option of purchasing a brand new truck, with approximately the same payments that I would have for the used truck, and not too much more on the price. This made so much sense, and I was able to get all of the dealership benefits that came with a new truck purchase. More

Good Chevy told me they did not want to sell cars to anyone other than residents of the State of Washington. Because I live in Alaska they would not sell to me or any other Alaskan. Go figure. Alaska built Seattle, Seattle still xxxxx and pillages our fishing grounds and now they won't do business with us. I have bought dozens of cars and trucks out of Seattle in my life and have never been refused service. TELL YOUR FRIENDS THAT GOOD CHEVROLET in Renton WA does not want your business. Geeze what a xxxx poor business plan. More
Have all work done before buying I had purchased my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU (4 door) from Good Chev back in March, 2017, my seller was Jordan Stammen. The Jeep was leaking water in fro I had purchased my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU (4 door) from Good Chev back in March, 2017, my seller was Jordan Stammen. The Jeep was leaking water in from the rear gate, and upon purchasing the Jeep; There was a “Good Chev - WE OWE YOU” contract that stated all work that needed to be done on the Jeep, to include replacing all the door seals, top seals, and rear gate. The jeep was left there for a week right after buying the Jeep so repairs could be done, and nothing was fixed, I then finally took possession of the Jeep (after a week). I called and talked to the used sales manager at that time explained everything and what needed to be done. Doug (used sales manager, and Jeremy – prior used sales manager) agreed and my Jeep was to be brought up for another week (3/10 – 3/17) for repairs. I was told by Jordan that everything was done and completed. When I picked up the Jeep the rear gate was not leaking anymore but water was still coming in on the passenger side, and all the seals were still not replaced. I have been in contact with Good Chev, mostly with Jordan to get these issues resolved but they / Jordan told me directly that nothing else could be done for me and to stop trying to get free stuff from them, and if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay just like everyone else. They are still refusing to do the work that was in the contract when Jeep was brought in for oil change as of 3 July 2017. I checked my paperwork after the oil change and they had put 0-20 conventional in my jeep as per GM specs, not as to MOPAR specs. I was very disappointed after having an appointment and waiting a hour and ten mins for my oil change. 7/12/17 *UPDATE. After I had posted this review, and file a report with the BBB, and Attorney Generals office I received a call from, Mike Jay in the service department who inquired as to what was needed to be ordered as for the seals for the Jeep. The Jeep was dropped off on the morning of 7/13, Michael J, had called me periodically with updates while my Jeep was there to inform me that the seals were replaced and mainly that my Jeep was not leaking, and to change the oil to 5-20. I just picked my Jeep up this morning from Michael Jay and everything was finally done as stated in the contract. I do not know who the actual manager over this operation is, but there should be no reason a tech is apologizing for a sales guy and sales managers wrong doing. FINAL UPDATE:****** NOV 11, 2017 We have finally hit the rainy season, and I have noticed that the Jeep driver side door jamb (top & bottom) had some water on them. I originally thought it was from me getting inside and out of the jeep. The carpet under the driver seat and carpet around it is wet. Michael Jay told me when I picked up my jeep that if I had any problems with it to give him a call, and to also change the rating I gave Good Chev. I adjusted the rating to fit the work and customer service. On NOV 13, 2017 I called Good Chev and Talked to Mike Jay again, he said he would get with the sales department about the leak and let me know. Shortly after he called and “ you are more than welcome to take you jeep anywhere to get repaired, but we wont do it”. So my final verdict is, The JEEP is still leaking, as when I bought it…. Nothing was fixed. I would recommend you go to any other dealer and pay a little more for something that is indeed not going to be half way fixed and you have to pay to get it fixed. I will NOT give Good Chev another chance to earn my business or any of my friends and family. I will indeed warn them about what they have to offer. I wish I could give 0 stars because there is no reason I should have to fight or argue with a sales rep as to what is in black and white in the contract for 4 + months. If these problems were taken care of back in March when the Jeep was purchased they would have had 5 stars. More
