Awesome Experience! I went into the dealership in a hurry because my car had gotten totaled, I had looked up some cars & wanted to test drive the Trax, Cody helped me do I went into the dealership in a hurry because my car had gotten totaled, I had looked up some cars & wanted to test drive the Trax, Cody helped me do this but after hearing my thoughts on the size, he showed me the equinox, which I hadn’t looked at beforehand, I loved it but they didn’t have any colors I was interested in, the next day Cody called suing that they drove and got a color that I would like! I’ve had my equinox for a month now and the service is really nice & I am very satisfied with my car! More

Ran my credit too many times. I went in there with a preapproved lender I said I wanted to use. I told them to use this lender. I know they want the sale, I wasn't willing to sacrifice my credit scores to buy a vehicle. Way less than happy apt this!!! Other than that I'm happy. Good price, happy with the vehicle, like the oil change for life thing. They should listen to the customers requests though. More

Among Other things, asked about a Firmware Upgrade I was having a side step installed for the bed of my truck. This was done with my approval. I also asked about a firmware upgrade so my Samsung S7 would work for charging on my center console of my 2016 Silverado HD. I was told, and later received a printout stating the same, that the S7 wouldn't work with my particular truck and it would work with the 2018 model. That was the first definitive answer I received since I bought the truck at this dealer. I'm not pleased with the answer but I am pleased with the fact that the dealer was able to finally give me a definitive answer. More
