I called and asked if he is joking and he said he is serious because the owner of the dealership does not want to do business with Californians and New Yorkers because of too much fraud. I told him that I will fly and drive it home and financing is already in place with Bank of America. He then said he will have to discuss it with upper Management and never called back. I then bought from another dealer. More

Service failure to complete/verify work done Had a Check engine light plus needed and oil change and one headlight out. Scheduled service it was quick and easy. Dropped the car off and was called back in 3 hours and was told everything was fixed. Per the Inspection report it also say checked and ok on lights. Come to find out the headlight was NEVER replaced. They did find more wrong with the car. Of course it's a more expense item than a headlight. Wonder where that is headed. More

After being tossed back and fourth between two sales people I was taken into Julie Edgerton, she was cold and abrasive, I asked if I was receiving all my discounts and she said “you’re getting the best deal ever” she also stated I needed to get the extended auto warranty to qualify! Two days later I called to cancel with no response, it was months with no refund and they hired a lawyer and threatened me for reviews I posted! It’s been almost 4 months and they still haven’t refunded all of my money! I would never recommend this dealership! More

I had been looking for a car for awhile since mine broke down and I went to multiple car lots trying to find the right one without wasting too much ti I had been looking for a car for awhile since mine broke down and I went to multiple car lots trying to find the right one without wasting too much time. Brett came out while it was raining and greeted us with a smile. He explained how the whole process works and was an open book the whole time. I felt really comfortable and knew he was honest. It was also amazing to me how much he knew about each car. After going to multiple car lots it got frustrating but anything I asked he knew! He takes pride in his work and it shows! Even though I didn't end up purchasing a car from him he was still extremely kind and answered any questions I had.
