Buyer/Military beware! We had been working with a sales rep for over a month during the shutdown on a vehicle. When they opened we went to purchase the vehicle and found shipping damage on it so we did not rep for over a month during the shutdown on a vehicle. When they opened we went to purchase the vehicle and found shipping damage on it so we did not sign anything. Once the damage was repaired we scheduled an appointment to go close on the vehicle. The price increased one day prior to our appointment and even though we were led to believe that the previous price would be honored, once it was time to sign the staff did not honor the price I was quoted for both verbally and via email. The sales manager told us that we had plenty of time to sign for the vehicle and we should have signed for it while it had damage. I hope the owner of this facility rectifies this because I was really disappointed not to have been able to purchase this mother’s day gift. BTW, that vehicle with repaired damage is still there. Hopefully they disclose this to the next potential buyer. More

We do not sell to Californians I agreed to buy their used Lexus Lx570 for their advertised price at 40000. I informed Ramon, the Internet Manager that I am from San Francisco and wo I agreed to buy their used Lexus Lx570 for their advertised price at 40000. I informed Ramon, the Internet Manager that I am from San Francisco and would like to know the procedure. HE immediately said that the Owner does not want to sell to Californians and hunged up. I called and asked if he is joking and he said he is serious because the owner of the dealership does not want to do business with Californians and New Yorkers because of too much fraud. I told him that I will fly and drive it home and financing is already in place with Bank of America. He then said he will have to discuss it with upper Management and never called back. I then bought from another dealer. More

Service failure to complete/verify work done Had a Check engine light plus needed and oil change and one headlight out. Scheduled service it was quick and easy. Dropped the car off and was called Had a Check engine light plus needed and oil change and one headlight out. Scheduled service it was quick and easy. Dropped the car off and was called back in 3 hours and was told everything was fixed. Per the Inspection report it also say checked and ok on lights. Come to find out the headlight was NEVER replaced. They did find more wrong with the car. Of course it's a more expense item than a headlight. Wonder where that is headed. More
