They were able to find the car with the exact specifications we wanted so we committed to making the purchase based on the information emailed to us reflecting the window sticker. We were not aware that the dealership adds $995.00 in addition to the window sticker. It is disappointing when the consumer is willing to pay full sticker price but the dealership adds almost an additional $1,000 to the price. Our salesman said it was on the website but we could not find it posted any where. We decided we were not going to move forward if we had pay the additional $1,000. Disappointing as we have owned Toyotas for the 15 years. More
