Kept in touch through the day while completed our (outside) financing and arranged insurance. The dealership offered the usual financing and warranty deals without pressure (NICE!) I did purchase a "Toyota Certified" vehicle which gives me reassurance that all is well with the Sienna. Free oil changes as long as I own the car! I paid a reasonable price. When I picked the car up the next day it had been freshly washed and plates were ordered. I had a very positive experience. More
