When I arrived to test drive, he didn't hoover over me like other salesman do, he allowed me to dive until I felt comfortable, and without him. I hate when the salmon ride with you because it makes me feel pressured to only drive around the block- which isn't enough to make a decision. Marty knew all the ends and outs of the car and it was ready to as promised for pU after purchase. He was very responsive to my calls. He made sure I was more than just happy, I was and am ecstatic about my new 2013 Sienna with 40k miles. Its my swagger wagon and he made sure I knew how to work every bell and whistle before I left.
