Andrew was awesome, he helped me find what I needed even though there was a shortage of the part. He even followed up months later when the part was finally available. Terrible service here. I went in with a 2022 RAM 1500 that needed an alignment. I replaced a ball joint (on my new truck) myself after seeing 4+ week lead times plus a 48-72 hour "diagnostic" period required at nearly every dealer in town. Ball joint was easy, swapped a Mopar part in an hour in my driveway. Getting in for an alignment was easy enough. After picking up the truck, the steering wheel was not even remotely close to being straight (it is pointed to the left) and the truck pulls to the right. I brought it back in and reported the issue. The technician told me that everything was completely fine. So I asked that we go on a test drive. On the drive, the technician was driving my truck down Telegraph like he stole it - full throttle - full brakes - and it was very shocking. I had to calm him down by telling him that I was just trying to get my truck corrected, not ruin his day. I asked him, "Are you mad?" he said "yes, you are telling me this is not straight and it is." It's not fun to be literally taken for a crazy joy ride in your vehicle with no ability to stop it. Back at the dealer he was still mad, refusing to acknowledge that anything was wrong. I was trying to get a manager or someone else to come with me on the drive, but honestly my nerves were 11/10 and the service mgr was out on some other drive with another customer, so I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I will never return to this dealership. I do 99% of maintenance myself and unfortunately I don't own a tire machine or an alignment rack or I would have done this myself, too. Worst part is that I paid $180 for a crooked front-end alignment that probably took 15 minutes to perform. Don't go to Golling unless you like to be treated like crap. More
Andrew Chandler in the parts department was of great help to me. He guided me to the right department and even checked on me to see if I was being taken care of and satisfied. Without his help I feel I would to me. He guided me to the right department and even checked on me to see if I was being taken care of and satisfied. Without his help I feel I would be lost. More
