Mr Hatcher assisted me with the service of my car. Service advisor Mike Belzyt is one of if not the best service advisors I have ever dealt with over the years. Mike knows his stuff about the products that Golling sells and he makes sure things are servi service advisors I have ever dealt with over the years. He is one of if not the most pleasant - courteous people to deal with. I have dealt with Mike sense he started at Golling some time ago and he takes care of his customers for Golling & it shows. This is not to say other service advisors at Golling are not good but Mike has been a notch higher than most others I have dealt with. He has helped myself not only with warrenty work on my 2005 Town Country Van but also non-warrenty issues. He has gone out of his way to try and save me the most money to the point of even finding myself discount coupons to help myself with my bill. I have been a Golling customer sense Nov.2004 and have been most satisfied. Mike has always taken into concideration I just might need a ride home even when my van was out of warrenty and also has made sure I was picked up at my home when my van was finished.
