The result was that the part I was seeking was not a Chrysler produced item. Mr. Wright then "googled" it and found the part and the source. My Jeep was experiencing a rare but scary "no brakes" issue. The mechanic assigned to the vehicle drove it home and, to his horror, the brakes failed on him too. He quickly troubleshot the problem = bad ABS controller. The part was ordered and the car was returned to me in three days from the time I delivered it. They provided a free loaner. So far, everything is braking perfectly. More

I have had the pleasure of having Mike Belzyt wait on myself sense the purchase of our 2005 Town and Country approx. 8 years ago. This past Oct. my wife and I purchased our 2013 Chysler Town and country myself sense the purchase of our 2005 Town and Country approx. 8 years ago. This past Oct. my wife and I purchased our 2013 Chysler Town and country that I took in today for its first service check up (Feb. 22,2013. I always ask for Mike he is the type of person that will go that extra mile for a person ( example ) I have forgotten my oil change discount coupon & voice my concern to Mike ( don't worry about it I will find you one ). Ten dollars is just that and by Mike finding me a coupon saved me ten dollars. Its things like this or knocking ten percent off a brake job on my 2005 it all adds up when one is retired. Mike also will go out of their way to make sure my vehical is done to my satisfaction and is honest about what repairs are truly needed. Today while in the waiting room I began a conversation with a gentleman that I had seen Mike wait on just before me & I asked him what he thought about Mike or was this his first time having Mike wait on him. Oh heavens no I always ask for Mike he replied, he went on to say oh yes Mike is always very professional and yet has a nice way about himself ( oh yes I always ask for Mike ). I agreed with this gentleman and as we compared notes 2 others in the waiting room also were Mikes customers that joined in with us, and they also stated they liked Mike alot and how polite and caring he always is. I am not saying other service employees at Golling are good or not polite what so ever - what I am saying is I always ask for Mike over the years has earned my respect and has treated me very good and today with my 2013 T&C was no different what so ever than previously. Its a person such as Mike Belzyt that the owner Mr. Golling can depend on to keep customers such as myself coming back to Golling for service. I went in for an oil change and to discuss a possible lease option for my daughter. The saleperson, Mike Bart was well informed about the cars in the show room. He did not pressure or push, He spent the whole day with us discussing our needs, likes and wants. At 7 o'clock we realized he hadn't even eaten. Amazingly, both my daughter and I drove away that night in new cars. It was late when we were finalizing the deal on my car and Murph Woznicki said he had a possible lower interest rate, but the bank was closed. I signed and left. The next day I received a call to come back in and sign new loam papers as Murph had gotten the lower rate. I was so surprised. The deal had been made, yet he tried and succeeded in getting a better deal. I will recommend both Mike and Murph to everyone!!! More

I took my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Islander in for a problem with the heater not working properly. My service adviser, Jesse Welch, was excellent to work with, as he got my vehicle in and after the assessment with the heater not working properly. I was offered a courtesy shuttle for a ride home and a ride back when my vehicle was ready. I bought my Jeep Wrangler in the State of Washington and moved to Michigan early last year. Even though I did not buy my vehicle from Golling's dealership, I have always been treated like a first class customer. The service I have received has always been outstanding, and when my heater core was replaced, I was told it was still under warranty...no questions asked!! I base my customer loyalty on service, and I have nothing but compliments for Golling's dealership, Jesse Welch, my service adviser and the entire service department. More
After having several very poor experiences at another dealership, I was referred to Golling by the director of Mopar, as well as a Mopar employee. As soon as I entered the dealership I could tell this w dealership, I was referred to Golling by the director of Mopar, as well as a Mopar employee. As soon as I entered the dealership I could tell this was going to be a different experience. I was greeted friendly and professionally and my concerns were addressed and respected. When I was told I would be called with information regarding the status of my car, I acutally was. My car was ready on time as promised and was even washed. The old parts were in a box in the backseat, I did not even have to ask for them this time. Previously I was told I could not ask for parts, they were already disposed of, at this 'other' dealership. Overall I had a very positive experience. My car was returned to me in great condition. Of course it was expensive work but there's nothing that can be done about that. Should my car need work in the future, I will be returning to Golling. More
