I waited for the person behind the desk to get done socializing before she noticed me however she was very pleasant and apologized for not seeing me (waited probably 5-7 minutes). I was told 45-60 minu socializing before she noticed me however she was very pleasant and apologized for not seeing me (waited probably 5-7 minutes). I was told 45-60 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped the car off at 2:34pm and called at 4:11pm to see if it was done, to which she replied yes she was doing the paperwork now. I asked them to look at the nail in my tire. There was a light on, that was still on after I picked up my vehicle. No mention of the tire and as soon as I started my car, it was trying to find Wi-Fi to continue downloading a software update. It is now, Monday and my car is still trying to do an update causing the radio to stay on until I uncheck the box to stop trying to do the update. On the positive side, they did wash the vehicle. This Dealer was extremely busy at the time i dropped my truck off. I was feeling like they might lose whose vehicle belong to who, they were that busy.
