I have been going to this dealership since 2012 and have always taken my truck there for service. Daryl is a true professional! I make sure to drop off my truck with him as I know he will treat it as I do always taken my truck there for service. Daryl is a true professional! The seat is covered as it was when I drop it off and the sun visor put on. The keys stay in a ziplock bag as when I hand them over. No perfumes or cleaners in the truck. Love the attention to detail as i have severe allergies. Daryl makes sure to explain what is needed in a great amount of detail, including the timeline and work needed. He makes sure to be timely with returning phone calls and do any and all research needed and followup with any questions we have. It is never stressful when working with Daryl even if the place is packed with costumers and staff demanding his attention. Daryl drives our vehicle in and out to us to make sure there is no perfume in the truck from any of the other employees. I am beyond happy and appreciate Daryl’s work ethic. Outstanding is an understatement as Daryl always goes above and beyond! It does not make a difference if the truck is there for an oil change or service that extends for over a week, the quality of attention is top notch. This Dealer was extremely busy at the time i dropped my truck off. I was feeling like they might lose whose vehicle belong to who, they were that busy.
