I brought my jeep in 4 months ago for heat problems. I was told it was the actuator. Fast forward to now, still having the same problem. Contacted dealership spoke with assistant manager Armondo. He was told it was the actuator. Fast forward to now, still having the same problem. Contacted dealership spoke with assistant manager Armondo. He was rude again. Stated that the dealership didn't make a mistake without checking first. I kept asking him to see if the heater core was checked during the first visit and he kept saying, "what do you want me to do." He raised his voice, cut me off, didn't listen and refused to provide a solution. When I asked for the owners extension, he refused to give it to me. I called back and the secretary transferred me to a higher up voicemail. I shouldn't have to pay extra for something the dealership should have fixed the first time. More

I leased a car from Golling and my oil change indicator came after 11 months (as I drive less). 1) When I called them, the manager says, "Why are you changing the oil after 1 year?". I was surprised and called up another dealer to ask "when is it recommended to change the oil?". They said, whenever the vehicle indicates to change the oil, you should change. :) 2) The salesman had promised me that when I go there for an oil change, he would be able to help me with a free oil change coupon. I called up to check and the salesman no more works there. I spoke to the manager in case he can help me. The manager's response was. Call the previous salesman (Who already left) and ask him to come and pay for you. We do not provide that service. There is definitely a better word to pick rather than speaking this language. He probably needs some training on that. I do not recommend this dealer for service just for this kind of attitude. More
