Had an oil change done yesterday and requested a heavier weight oil, and it didn't have to be synthetic. The service guy indicated there would be an upcharge, but didn't say exactly how much. I assumed mayb weight oil, and it didn't have to be synthetic. The service guy indicated there would be an upcharge, but didn't say exactly how much. I assumed maybe 5-10%. Boy, was I wrong. Instead of the typical $40 oil change, I was hit with a $71 oil change! I've changed oil in my own cars for decades and still can't imagine how they are able to justify the additional cost, even if the oil comes out of individual cans instead of a pumper. In any case, you would think these guys would give you a heads up. It's not the money, I can afford it. But a surprise like that is just bad business. Let's see it they they publish this review. I doubt it. More

David seriously helped me out in a bind was leaving to travel back to New York over 600 miles and my oil filter housing cracked on my 13 sxt Durango he had my Durango in a bay within 30 min of walking int travel back to New York over 600 miles and my oil filter housing cracked on my 13 sxt Durango he had my Durango in a bay within 30 min of walking into the service center and had them make sure what the issue was and guaranteed me my vehicle back by 130 he called me by 115 and it was done and washed I appreciate it David you have no idea what a help you were More

Took my 2018 Grand Cherokee in and although they were extremely busy due to just reopening after COVID-19 closure, I was very much taken care of and treated extremely well. Upon pick-up, I walked the 2.5 extremely busy due to just reopening after COVID-19 closure, I was very much taken care of and treated extremely well. Upon pick-up, I walked the 2.5 miles or so from my home and got there 2-5 minutes late. A departing sales person (Theresa) and the manager of the service dept (George) made sure I could still get my car (call out to the cashiers as well!). They went above and beyond for sure. More
