Usually, I don’t have a problem with this dealer. My last visit to get an oil change I asked them to top off all fluids because I thought my transmission fluid and power steering fluid were low. The experience with the oil change was good and checking for some lights on dashboard were checked out and all was good and they took care of a previous issue. They did send me to the service desk because for some lights on dashboard were checked out and all was good and they took care of a previous issue. They did send me to the service desk because of a cam shaft sensors they wanted me to get checked out and make an appt for service and one gentleman that was handling the appt maybe was having a bad day, but when I called to reschedule appt I got Kelly from service and she answered all my questions and gave me wonderful service and I’ll be happy to meet her in person. More

Golling has a terrific staff that are friendly and knowledgeable!! They give you a reasonable estimated time when my car will be ready. The waiting area is very comfortable and clean!! Poor customer service! I usually do not give reviews. They texted me information while I’m waiting in the area to receive information regarding my vehicle instead to havin I usually do not give reviews. I asked the receptionist or the girl that takes the payments who is the one texting me when I am right here she’s confused and doesn’t know 1+1. The cut a hole in the bottom of my cover on my vehicle without my acknowledgment!!! This is my LAST TIME COMING TO THIS DEALERSHIP! Poor customer service every time. More

I leased my RAM truck from this dealership a year ago and so far i have not experienced anything negative. Mike Belzyt takes care of my trucks service and he has been diligent in informing me of its maintena so far i have not experienced anything negative.
