Golling has a terrific staff that are friendly and knowledgeable!! They give you a reasonable estimated time when my car will be ready. The waiting area is very comfortable and clean!! Poor customer service! I usually do not give reviews. They texted me information while I’m waiting in the area to receive information regarding my vehicle instead to havin I usually do not give reviews. They texted me information while I’m waiting in the area to receive information regarding my vehicle instead to having a conversation. I asked the receptionist or the girl that takes the payments who is the one texting me when I am right here she’s confused and doesn’t know 1+1. The cut a hole in the bottom of my cover on my vehicle without my acknowledgment!!! This is my LAST TIME COMING TO THIS DEALERSHIP! Poor customer service every time. More

I leased my RAM truck from this dealership a year ago and so far i have not experienced anything negative. Mike Belzyt takes care of my trucks service and he has been diligent in informing me of its maintena so far i have not experienced anything negative.
