I was referred to Heath by a co-worker. She leased a couple vehicles through Heath and really liked working with him. In the fall of 2010 we decided it was time for a new car and decided to go close to couple vehicles through Heath and really liked working with him. In the fall of 2010 we decided it was time for a new car and decided to go close to home so we stopped into Al Deeby. We were very unhappy with our experience there so we decided to try the salesman at Golling that had been recommended. Like they say, everything happens for a reason! It was the best decision we could have made. Heath is a total professional and not your typical "salesman" that plays pricing games. He'll give you his best deal the first time around and works hard to be sure you drive away with the car you want for the price you want. Upon picking up the car, he goes over everything thoroughly before you drive away. We liked him so much that my husband bought a van from him and we have since referred our 2 daughters, my mother and my brother to Heath. My entire family loved their experience with Heath and now they are recommending him. Because of Heath our dealership experience was one of the best! More

My family has been doing business with Golling for many years. The folks there always get us the best pricing and options on our vehicles, whether we are leasing or buying. We do not like buying cars for the simple reason we feel lied to by salespeople and or the management, Tim is wonderful. He bent over backwords to get us what we wanted. I was surprised to get the van the lied to by salespeople and or the management, Tim is wonderful. He bent over backwords to get us what we wanted. I was surprised to get the van the same day we made our choice. We were told to go there by our daughter and her friend who had purchased vehicles from him, and they were so right. I know we will buy our next vehicle from Tim. More
We worked with Melissa Brown. She was very friendly and not pushy. She called to follow up on scheduling the appt for the heated seats for our van. We would come back and work with Golling again. not pushy. She called to follow up on scheduling the appt for the heated seats for our van. We would come back and work with Golling again. More
THEY ARE ALL LIARS! I don't know why, but I have given them three chances to purchase a new car for the past several years. Every time, they lie about their quotes! I even got a quote in writing via ema them three chances to purchase a new car for the past several years. Every time, they lie about their quotes! I even got a quote in writing via email and took it in to sign the papers. They wouldn't honor it, saying the manager wouldn't approve it! THAT IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! The last time I gave them a chance, one guy, I think his name was Dave, never bothered to call me back with a quote because he wanted me to lease a Town and Country, when I was insistent on a Dodge Caravan. So then I spoke with Mike and when I came in to look at the car, said he was busy, but he was talking to two co-workers and didn't bother to come out to the lot, knowing I was looking at the different vehicles. I was negotiating prices between him and another dealer at Shuman. Mike at Golling had the nerve to tell me that this is his best offer (after coming down $50 per month because of my bargaining) and what he doesn't want me doing is going back to Shuman to see if they can beat his offer! Who is he to tell me not to negotiate!!! Are you kidding me! In the end, he couldn't beat the price or customer service that Shuman provided. More
We turned in two lease cars one month before the lease expired and chose to lease two new cars. Golling verbally told us numerous times they would take care of the final lease payments on the old vehicles expired and chose to lease two new cars. Golling verbally told us numerous times they would take care of the final lease payments on the old vehicles (one payment on each car for about $230) as part of the deal. One month later we receive a past due notice for the old lease payments. We called Golling thinking this fell through the cracks, but instead sales and management now claim "We never agreed to make the final lease payments", even though the initial paperwork indicated they would do so (they now claim that paperwork was wrong and/or lost). I’m told everyone in management is "unavailable" to help me. Even though we left our numbers and asked for management to call us, the calls never came. This is how they deal with a problem -- they ignore and stonewall you. The only reason we traded the cars in one month early was because Golling agreed to make our final lease payments. Why would we otherwise pick up a new lease and still make a payment on cars we turned in? Now we are stuck with a remaining lease payment on two cars that we turned in over a month ago -- and a past due payment on our credit. Don't do business with Golling. They'll say anything to make the sale, and after you sign they won't live up to their word. They are crooks and liars. More
My wife and I visited Golling in June 2009 to purchase a new Jeep Liberty and turn in our Chrysler lease. We were specific on what we wanted a Jeep Liberty Rocky Mountain and called three times in advance o new Jeep Liberty and turn in our Chrysler lease. We were specific on what we wanted a Jeep Liberty Rocky Mountain and called three times in advance of driving there and were told by the salesperson, "yes we have one here and only one" I said we our on our way to put a deposit down and buy it and will be there in 30 minutes, if anything changes please call as we do not want to make a wasted trip. When we got there it was the old bait and switch. Golly, I am sorry the rocky mountain was just sold 30 minutes ago and we have none left-------but I can sell you a sport version--------which of course is all they had on the lot. Then when we asked to find one at another dealer they said, ok, we will have one tomorrow if you leave us a deposit and fill out a loan application, which we did. The next day we get a call from the sales manager, oh golly, sorry since your credit score is lower we will have to charge you 18% interest and oh by the way there are no more rocky mountain liberties "everybody is out of them due to the shut down of the manufacture". The sales manager was rude, talked over me, interrupted me, when I faxed an add showing another dealer offering the same car for less money he kept saying there are none left and to read the fine print, to which I said I called in advance and the other dealer has two on the lot as we speak and in addition to the rebates the manufacture is giving, the other dealer is kicking in an additional thousand dollars. The sales manager kept talking over me and I finally said, no thanks just give back our deposit. The next day we went to Southfield Chrysler Jeep who was extremely helpful, had a lot of cars in the rocky mountain package, we also got a loan at the prevailing rate and not some sub prime stick it to you rate and are now the proud owners of a new Jeep Liberty Rocky Mountain. Needless to say, we will never go to Golling again. More
2001 Sebring We brought it in Saturday morning and were told by Tracey that it would be ready on Monday at 6pm. Monday, Tracey calls in afternoon, car won't be ready until 7pm. OK. Tracey calls back AGAI told by Tracey that it would be ready on Monday at 6pm. Monday, Tracey calls in afternoon, car won't be ready until 7pm. OK. Tracey calls back AGAIN at 5:30p to say that the car needs a shaft but only if the tech working on it breaks it. IF he doesn't break it then we don't need it and we should not have any issues with it in the future. But that it all depends on the mood of the technician! Tracey says she will call back and let us know when it will be done. At 8:30p, when no one had called, we called them and spoke to Jeremy and Karen. We were told Tracey left for the day and the car would definitely NOT be ready by the morning and to call Tracey in the morning. I called Tracey at 7:30am, she claims she never told us the car would be ready Monday at 6pm, she said she didn't leave until 7pm and that she called us at 6:30pm to tell us the car would not be ready (which she did not). Jeff Frank, the manager tells me Tracey left at 5pm so we must have spoke to KC. Then why did Tracey say she was there and called at 6:30pm? He had no clue! He just got caught in a lie! If you're going to lie to your customers, at least get your stories straight! P.S., I hope the technician working on your car is in a good mood, since according to Tracey, that determines what gets done! It's no wonder the US auto companies are losing market share. More
