From my first contact with Golling, I knew I was in capable hands. I connected with Crystal Brock right away. I shared my need (a new car, specifically a Jeep Cherokee) as a representative for a company purchasing a vehicle for employee use, and she came up with several options. My choice was narrowed down to one specific vehicle when Crystal was able to give me a quote that stayed within the spending limits I had outlined for her. I presented her quote with our GM who decided among all of the quotes, that Crystal’s attention to our request, her product knowledge, and her willingness to work with us through getting the vehicle funded from our main office (lots of paperwork and waiting for approvals,..Etc) the deal to purchase the vehicle was sealed. Crystal had to do a lot of waiting during the process which went on for far too long. But she did not lose heart, her professionalism or her enthusiasm about the vehicle we were going to buy. I had to deal with 4 other dealerships for vehicles from other manufacturer’s ad I could not believe the rudeness I had encountered, but not from Crystal Brock. I would recommend her and her dealership for future automobile purchases. Pricing was fair and the way my company was treated during the process went way beyond great. More

He was very professional and knowledgeble of the product, as well as very patient to help us find exactly the vehicle with all the choices that we wanted. Marty supported Cory's efforts, helped find the best deal for us and answered all our detailed questions in regards to the financing of the vehicle. The day we picked up our new vehicle, Corey went over the major aspects of the vehicle including some of the electronic features (great help to get going). Heath saw me in the lot and I told him I was in a hurry. I told Heath exactly what I was looking for and what I was hoping to spend on a monthly lease rate. I gave him my cell number and told him to call me and see if he could find a car with those options. Heath promptly returned my call within a hour and also sent me an email explaining exactly what car he had found along with the dealer invoice attached in a link for my review. The lease price was the most competitive based upon pricing that I received from 2 other Dodge dealerships. There was no Sales pressure and we communicated via phone and email over the next few days. I came in 3 days later with my wife and we bought the car. He spent close to an hour explaining all the electronics in the car which we greatly appreciated. I had a time requirement and needed a van. I contacted Francis and explain my needs. He did not hesitate to help me and give me the VIP treatment. Before coming to Golling and getting in touch with Steve I was working with another dealership for the lease of a 2012 Laredo. Upon realizing the bad service I was getting at my former dealer, a family memb I was working with another dealership for the lease of a 2012 Laredo. Upon realizing the bad service I was getting at my former dealer, a family member put me in touch with Steve who not only promised me a significantly better deal on a nicer model, but guaranteed it at the signing. He made sure to keep in contact with me and update me with each step of the leasing process and got me in the vehicle within a couple days of our initial meeting. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a great dealer who will guarantee quality service and is committed to the customer satisfaction. More
Purchased car after being rushed through the process. The car wasn't prepped at all, just cleaned off and given to me. I should have refused the car the next day. There were empty seed hulls in the engine compartment, indicating rodent infestation. I was told no damage was found. Unsure if they really looked. The headlights fog up, moisture inside the buckets. They were fogged up on the night I took the car home. I took it back the next day. Should have refused the car right then. I was told the headlight buckets were replaced at great expense to the dealership (the price was anywhere from $500-$100 each depending on who I spoke with). The headlights continue to fog up. The assumption was made that since my spouse works for Chrysler, that we would take care of this problem at the corporate level. In other words, I was on my own. What do other people who don't have a connection like this do when they have a problem? I understand that it is a vendor problem, but I now have a brand new car with headlights that fog up. I wonder if they were really replaced? More
