I had my 300 serviced at another Chrylser dealer where they basically guessed wrong and charged me over $400 for the visit. The very same day I retrieved my car it continued to have the same issue-return they basically guessed wrong and charged me over $400 for the visit. From the very first phone call with Jason to set up my appointment he was pleasant to deal with and took the time to answer all my questions. My repair was no longer under warranty but he called Chrysler and they agreed to cover the repair so I only had to pay $100 deductible. He shared in my aggravation that the part was on national back order resulting in very EXPENSIVE rental bill from Enterprise because of the TWO week delay in getting the part. Overall, my experience was very pleasant and I loved the professionalism and the courteous attitudes of all the employees that I encountered at Golling. More
