Mitchell Klein was wonderful. First, he recommended a test drive and that was a wise choice because I changed my mind regarding what I wanted to buy--and I thought I had done some research, but you reall test drive and that was a wise choice because I changed my mind regarding what I wanted to buy--and I thought I had done some research, but you really do need to drive the car on the road. He wanted me to make a purchase that I would not regret. By the way, my choice, which was a Dodge Journey, is such a beautiful car! After the test drive---and I test drove a couple of cars--- Mitchell researched several options for my purchase (which is what I initially thought I would do) vs. a lease. He was clear, gave me several options and I felt no pressure at all. I chose a 36 month lease--and I am very pleased with that choice, too! Then, on top of everything, as we were wrapping up the deal, he told me that the sunroof that I badly wanted would be installed at no additional charge. WOW WOW WOW. I will always recommend this dealer--- Golling---they have always taken good care of my family, and Mitchell Klein is definitely a sales person I would highly recommend.
