It is very rare to encounter a Sales Associate with the knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism that Juan Benjamin displayed when assisting me in purchasing my vehicle. Mr. Benjamin was incredibly helpful, patient, and worked tirelessly to help me achieve an excellent purchase--a purchase with the best terms! Though my hectic work schedule did not allow as much time to come in as I would have preferred, undaunted, Mr. Benjamin stayed on top of things doing exhaustive follow-ups by email and phone, always taking or retuning my calls. He even delivered my new vehicle to my home when my work schedule did not allow time for me to get to the dealership before it closed. Juan Benjamin is one of the primary reasons my next Chrysler purchase will be at Golling and why I will refer my friends, family and associates to Golling. My wife wants to express her sincere appreciation as she felt Tony went above and beyond to service us and to meet our needs for a new vehicle. My wife has experienced several negative encounters with other sales representatives in the past. I perceived Tony as a down to earth person that was interested in fulfilling our needs without the typical pushy sales approach. Mitchell told me he could help me, but I thought he was just saying that like every other dealer I had spoke with. He really made my dream come true. It was hard for me to get approved but mitchell fought so hard to get me approved and he even worked it to fit my budget. Mitchell basically put all other dealerships to shame. everything the other dealerships told me like I wouldnt be able to lease my vehichle because of my credit score, mithell laughed and im leasing my first vehicle. They also told me I couldnt get the car I wanted and if I did that my note would be very high. Mitchell told me I look great in my charger and he is going to put me in it, and he did. He didn't try to talk me out of getting what I always wanted for something else. I told him what i wanted to pay monthly and he worked it out. Please believe me when I say this guy is amazing and I will be returning to him when its time to turn in my vehicle...ps I LOVE MY 2012 CHARGER THANKS MITCHELL!!! More

The nightbox drop off worked out well for me, as it was the weekend when my trouble happened and I was able to have vehicle towed directly to dealer. My car was ready by the end of my work day. The price of the repair was something that I could handle, just unexpected. I have nothing to compare the cost to. More
