The first person I met was Kelly, she explained to me her job and later based on our conversation, she introduced me to Teri. I explained to Teri what I was looking for, she gave me comparisons for lease and job and later based on our conversation, she introduced me to Teri. Based on her info I went on line and checked various dealers for the type of vehicle I was looking for and found on at the dealership in Richmond. When Teri called me up on a follow up I told her what I found and asked her what she could do. She told me she would get right back with me. When she called back, with the information, I set up an appointment the next day for completing the paper work. She handled all the details of purchasing my truck. Teri's professionalism, knowledge, and experience in the vehicle business is outstanding. Later I set up extras for my vehicle with Kelly and she had everything completed when I came to pick up my Truck. Both Teri and Kelly are outstanding employees of the Golling Family. After visiting a couple of other Jeep dealerships our experience at Golling was a breath of fresh air from the time we walked through the front doors. Customer parking was convenient and easy to find and we were surprised to be greeted at the front of the showroom with a $10 gas card and a chance to win a TV! Little did we know, the dealership was hosting a Special Event that day. We thought we knew exactly what we were looking for, but after talking to Heath, we found out we were looking for alittle more than what we anticipated. Heath was more than helpful and very informative. The dealership didnt have what we wanted on the lot, but 4 days later, Heath found exactly what we were looking for and had it all cleaned up and ready to go! I e-mailed Mike Belzyt for service on a recall issue. He promtly called me and we set up a time for today. I took my Jeep Liberty in at 7:30am Thursday, and he called around 1O:30 telling me that my Jeep w promtly called me and we set up a time for today.
