Jason, could not get me on your shuttle because it was already loaded and would not be back for at least an hour.Instead of cancelling my visit,he voluntarily drove me to my home in Orchard Lake (with permission from the service manager,of course, p.s. thank you too)... The nightbox drop off worked out well for me, as it was the weekend when my trouble happened and I was able to have vehicle towed directly to dealer. Mitchell told me he could help me, but I thought he was just saying that like every other dealer I had spoke with. He really made my dream come true. It was hard for me to get approved but mitchell fought so hard to get me approved and he even worked it to fit my budget. Mitchell basically put all other dealerships to shame. everything the other dealerships told me like I wouldnt be able to lease my vehichle because of my credit score, mithell laughed and im leasing my first vehicle. They also told me I couldnt get the car I wanted and if I did that my note would be very high. Mitchell told me I look great in my charger and he is going to put me in it, and he did. He didn't try to talk me out of getting what I always wanted for something else. I told him what i wanted to pay monthly and he worked it out. Please believe me when I say this guy is amazing and I will be returning to him when its time to turn in my vehicle...ps I LOVE MY 2012 CHARGER THANKS MITCHELL!!! More

I contacted Golling by phone prior to visiting the dealership primarily because I did not want to waste my time nor the salesman's time, if I could not purchase another car considering my credit issue dealership primarily because I did not want to waste my time nor the salesman's time, if I could not purchase another car considering my credit issues. I spoke with Juan Benjamin and explained to him my credit issues and the issue with my car at the time. Although, I was apprehensive about what they could do for me, Juan did not sound the least bit concerned about my issues. Confident in his ability to get me into a car, he invited me to the dealership...worked some magic and put me in a brand new car!!! (okay, not magic...but it sure felt like it :-))Juan Benjamin was extremely nice, accomodating, knowledgable, and patient with me, my child, and all of my questions! The confidence he has in his ability to satisfy his customers, shines! I really appreciated my overall experience at this dealership. I deem it necessary to also mention, that all the sales people I encounter at this dealership were accomodating and extremely nice which made me feel important. Whether they were helping me or not, they spoke to me made sure my child was comfortable and just really "wowed" me! I really liked the atmosphere in this work environment because it did not seem competitive and the employee seemed happy and all of their smile were infectious. Keep up the awesome work!! More
My previous vehicle was totaled so I need a new car fast. I called Golling and spoke with Kyle on the phone and set up an appointment to come view the inventory, specifically looking to replace my Dodge Char I called Golling and spoke with Kyle on the phone and set up an appointment to come view the inventory, specifically looking to replace my Dodge Charger. When I came into the dealership Kyle was helping out another customer. Instead of having me wait until he was done he had Linus show me the Charger that I was interested in. I thought that it was great that the dealers were willing to work together to keep me from having to wait. The Charger was great and I wanted to purchase it. When my credit union was not giving me the rates they promised me I called Kyle to see if he can find me a way to finance the car. He worked to find me an amazing interest rate and a monthly payment that I could afford. He did all of this on his day off!!!! I thought that it was great that he was willing to go above and beyond to help me out even when he was not on the clock. I would like to thank Kyle for going the extra mile and making the process so easy for me. More
We came to Golling looking to replace a 2005 Town & Country that we thoroughly enjoyed.
