This was one of the best dealership experiences that I have had. It took a lot of work and searching to find someone who would be willing to put in the work and keep up with me but I found that person at have had. I am a car fanatic and I do more that my reasonable amount of research on a car before I buy it, so I know when I am being ripped off. This case was a little different because I had to trade in my wife's 2006 mini-van and most dealers would not give me much for it. Unfortunately I was not married to her or involved in the terrible deal she got on the van, but needless to say it was overpriced and there was a lot of negative equity. Andre was able to hunt down all of the incentives that I researched, beat all other dealers offers on the van, and get me the out the door price that I was looking for. He was always in great spirits, laughing, joking and yet still getting the job done quickly. I never felt pressured!! I know I can be a very demanding customer and I never felt one bit of frustration from Andre! Coming from a VERY large car buying family...I will always refer anyone asking to Andre. This deal seemed impossible initially...but God sent me to Andre and blessed me with a 2012 Dodge Journey SXT in Copperhead Pearl for my wife!! THANK YOU ANDRE!! More

I had been working with another dealership that was giving me the run around for about a week. I had gotten so frustrated that I started looking for another vehicle (Not Chrysler). Knowing that I really wanted the Journey, my fiancé stopped by Golling on his way to work to see if they had a Journey Crew with the features I was looking for before I restarted my search. Steve and the team at Golling listened to my experience and immediately took ownership of the situation and began working on finding a Journey that had all the features I was looking for. In less than 45 minutes after speaking with my fiancé, Steve and the team at Golling had identified a vehicle, prepared a deal, and presented it to me and asked what time I would like to pick up my new Journey. Throughout the day he worked with me to get all the paperwork in order so that everything would be all set when I got there to pick up my new Journey. Once I arrived at the dealership my experinece only got better... Steve showed me the Journey and made sure that it had everything I wanted on it. He walked me through the paperwork, explaining every document and its pupose. He took the time to go over the vehicle and made sure that I had no questions. We signed the paperwork and I was off and running. Working with Steve and the team at Golling has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I had a wonderful experience with Mitch Klein at Golling. I had been to several other dealerships in the area, and absolutely got the best deal from Mitch. The thing that sold me (aside from the best price); was the fact that Mitch was honest. From the first time that we met, he told me the truth about value and what I could expect to get in my price range. Mitch worked for THREE days to get me into the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford! He clearly had the best deal, but more importantly, he cared the most ....
