I had spoken with another sales rep the day I came in to discuss leasing a new car. I was told one of them would meet me at 6:00 pm in the showroom. When I arrived Michell was the first person I saw and he discuss leasing a new car. I was told one of them would meet me at 6:00 pm in the showroom. When I arrived Michell was the first person I saw and he tried to find the fellow I was supposed to meet. The guy had already left. Mitchell immediately stepped in to help me. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We had fun talking about the car I finally decided to buy. I wasn't qite sure if I wanted an Dodge Journey or a Charger and he helped me to make a decision. I went for the Charger and he got me in a car that was way beyond my expectation but within my price range. He went out of his way to arrange times to meet and a time to pick up my car since my schedule was tight that week. When I picked up my car I had to leave my van in the lot overnight since Mitchell was with another customer. He offered to drive it to my home the next evening which he did and then I drove him back to the dealership. It was a pleasure working with Mitchell. He's fun and down to earth and a very accomplished salesman. I would work with him again and would refer people to him. Thamk you Mitchel. By the way, I absolutely love my Charger as does everyone else who sees it. Overall I've always had a good experince with Golling. My deceased husband was a Chrysler executive and we brought our lease cars to Golling for service over many years. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but my steering wheel also pulsed while braking. The service guy told me they would take a look at it. He called me a half hour later and told me I needed steering wheel also pulsed while braking. The service guy told me they would take a look at it. He called me a half hour later and told me I needed new brakes - I should be happy though because the brakes on the car are the original brakes and I "got a really good life out of them." The problem was that my car has >108,000 miles on it. I had the same dealership put new brake pads on my car around the 50,000 mile mark, and I changed my own brakes and rotors at around 100,000 miles. The current brakes are off-brand, and only about 7,000 miles old. The guy sounded really surprised when I told him to leave the brakes on - almost like I was taking a big chance by not having them put on new brakes (and rotors) for me. More

After seeing the color in person I decided to go with a different color. Ron drove us around the lot looking at the available colors before settling on my final purchase. The Chrysler 300C was the car I was interested in, having previously leased four of them and have been completely satisfied in its performance. The hard part was locating an end of the model year vehicle in stock that would appeal to me. Ron was patient and informative as we discussed every possible lease option and gave direct, honest answeres to my multitude of questions. His last suggestion proved to be a winner in closing the deal.I ended up with a newer 300C with more options and a lower lease rate! Considering the region, and what I was looking for specifically, this was the car I wanted. Fair price, a good warranty, beauty, and performance deliver what any business/customer want - great value. Kyle's time spent with me over the phone, through emails, in person, on a test drive, closing the deal, after the sale, etc was very much appreciated.
