Unfair drama I was excited about my purchase/leas of 2014 Jeep Patriot, however it was to my dismay I immediately detected a flaw with my vehicle. There was a ratt I was excited about my purchase/leas of 2014 Jeep Patriot, however it was to my dismay I immediately detected a flaw with my vehicle. There was a rattling under the hood, which could be heard when parking, and the Bluetooth which was installed by Golling was muffled as well as the traction light staying on, and I only had the car for one week. I notified my salesperson of problems who took a look at the vehicle and referred me the service department. When I went to the service department I explained to the adviser the problems I was having with my brand new vehicle. I was told to drop it off the following week. I informed the adviser that I didn't trade in my perfectly running vehicle to take on a problem vehicle with defects. I have never been sold a vehicle with defects before, but I see now that Golling is not really concern about its customers once they get your money. Maybe this is why a survey is conducted within 24 hrs of taking ownership of the car before anything can go wrong. I like my salesman very much but customer satisfaction is not just until you make a sell. I was hoping to refer some of my family and friends. But this experience has made me re-evaluate my feelings. My friend's salesperson stated if I had went through him, I would of been in a loaner, while the problem was fixed. Instead of having to wait for a courtesy vehicle and hope and that it arrives on time so I able to get to work on time, to pay my car note. More

Did take another one for a test drive on that day, but we had to wait until Monday, June 2nd to see the truck that I was interested in purchasing. Lee kept in contact throughout the day and the truck was ready to go when we got to the dealership later in the evening. Took it for a test drive and everything was just as expected. We negoitated, finally agreed on a price and I couldn't be happier with the truck or the treatment that was provided by Lee. He really made this an easy and enjoyable process. No hassles and no pressures! More

On very short notice, Eric was able to locate a particular vehicle with all of the options I had wanted when a few other local dealerships were unable to. Eric was incredibly knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process and within less than one day, I was driving in my new vehicle. In the last several years, I have purchased or leased new European luxury vehicles from other local dealerships who advertise that they specialize in great service. I can honestly say that Eric and the Golling Crew far exceeded what I have previously experience in terms of customer service. I had visited a couple of other dealerships and I found the sales people to be less friendly and more pushy. I highly recommend Golling as a dealership if you are in the market for a new car. I rec I was using the internet to look for used cars, when I found a Jeep at Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. So I asked for more information on it. I received a email from Mitchell from Golling, he was ready to answer any questions I might have and ask me to come in an take it for a ride. I told him that I wanted to clean my truck up before I came in. Mitchell told me to just give him a call when I was ready. On Fri. I received a email from Mitchell telling me that the truck was ready for a test drive any time I was ready. I told him I had planed on stopping in Sat. Mitchell emailed me back and told me that being the end of the month it was going to be real hectic. I called Mitchell an got his answering machine, I told him that Sat was the only day I had to look for a car, but I would try to stop in but I was going to look at some other dealers ships also. Mitchell called me right back and offered to come in early to talk with me, I told him that would work. I met with Mitchell on Sat and told what was happening. I baby sit my grandkids daily and I have ever other weekend off, so this was that only time I had to look. Mitchell and I talked about new/used/leased and he felt that I would be better off with a new Jeep rather than the used one I was wanting to look at. But that's not to say that he didn't show me every car that I was thinking about, and he did the checked out the numbers and he said that because of the warranty and the price range he felt that I would be better off with a new Jeep. When he got done and showed me the finale numbers my payment went down, my insurance went down and I drove a brand new Jeep off the lot. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't 200% happy with the deal. I felt I should have got more for my trade in but we all feel like that. I left happy enough that I have all ready started to talk to my friends about buying from Golling. I would like to say THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES OF GOLLING, I have been driving my dodge truck for 6 years and I was treated very well each and every time I came in for service. He invited me to his work area and asked me, "What are your needs in a Journey?". I gave him my requirements and he went to the get a car for me to test drive that was close to what I wanted. When we return I gave him a few more items on my need list. Upon review of their inventory he did not have the one that meet all my needs but found it at another dealer. By Thursday of the following week, four business days Rick had me driving out of the dealership with the Journey that meet my needs but provided additional benefits. Rick, made me feel like a valued customer and not just someone to fill a quota. He was a true professional and made me feel I was the most important customer he had to deal with. He meet my needs and that is what each salesperson should be doing in selling anything. More
