I leased my RAM truck from this dealership a year ago and so far i have not experienced anything negative. Cameron cared about earning my business, but once he knew he had the sale - he stopped caring. I was directed to Cameron from his sales manager, the manager knowing that I was a “sure thing” with my intentio he had the sale - he stopped caring. I was directed to Cameron from his sales manager, the manager knowing that I was a “sure thing” with my intention of pulling the trigger on a new Grand Cherokee. My issues with Cameron started with guaranteeing me in-and-out on the day of sale in 90 minutes or less when I had requested a weekend date. He begged for the sale before the weekend because he wanted to go out of town. I agreed to come on my lunch break, time set and everything: when I showed up, I saw him driving out of the parking lot. I called him and he returned to the dealership ~20 minutes later. It took almost three hours to complete the delivery and I was late returning to work as a result. Next my payoff with Chrysler for the trade-in was not sent on time, so I got charged a lease payment for a vehicle I didn’t have anymore. I don’t necessarily fault Cameron for this, however I emailed him asking for assistance as I was getting nowhere with Chrysler Capital. Not only did it take over 60 days for Chrysler to acknowledge the overpayment and reimburse me, Cameron did not respond to any of my multiple emails asking for assistance. Not even a “sorry but we cannot assist.” It wasn’t until I included his manager and the GM on my final email that I received a response - from the GM. The final straw and why I felt this review was necessary was this past week: I needed to get a copy of the registration for the vehicle and the SOS website was unhelpful, so I emailed Cameron. I’ve still yet to hear from him (over a week later), but I *did* get an automated email from Cameron to remind me about my oil changes that I have with Golling/Chrysler. I wouldn’t refer anyone to this sales team ever. I’m in the market for a new Jeep and my business is going to LaFontaine. Thanks for nothing, Cameron! More

I walked into the dealership passed around five different dealers and from nowhere Peter shows up and introduces himself and ask me if I needed help.
