Poor Decision by Management causes Horrible Service first I just want to say that all the employees working this day were wonderful. We Took our GMC Sierra 2500HD in on Sunday for an oil change We first I just want to say that all the employees working this day were wonderful. We Took our GMC Sierra 2500HD in on Sunday for an oil change We have been taking it the for years for oil changes on Sundays in the quick oil change area. This Sunday we go there and they tell us that they got new hoists and because we have a 2500 it is too heavy for the new hoists and they need to take it to the service area for the oil change and to rotate the tires, OK, well 2.25 hours later they were finally done. Ridiculous that it should take that long when we were 3rd in line when they opened It was Not the fault of the employees at all, but because of the hoist changes made by the dealership in getting new hoists that can't hold a 2500, the employees had to run back and forth to get supplies and also instead of 2 or 3 employees working on each vehicle it was one employee working on each vehicle so it took 10 times longer to get each vehicle done. We have always gotten our oil changes done on both our vehicles at Golling because of the quick service and great customer service and the fact that they are open on Sunday. well let me tell you we are now re-thinking that practice because of our experience on Sunday. I truly felt bad for the employees because it was taking so long for all the oil changes because even the vehicles that the hoist could hold, there was only one person working on each car. Horrible management decision to get insufficient hoists for the oil change area... very disappointing will be looking for a new oil change place. My rating of poor customer service is not based on any of the oil change employees working but the Golling management who made the hoist change decision More
Service Department the Worst I brought my car in because it would not accelerate, a 2 year old lease car for that matter. The part needed ended up being on back order for over 5 w I brought my car in because it would not accelerate, a 2 year old lease car for that matter. The part needed ended up being on back order for over 5 weeks and the only time I got updates on my vehicle is when I would call to ask about it. After the second week I asked for a different rental since the initial rental they gave me was lower quality then what my lease was and I was paying for and they were less than willing to accommodate me, but I proceeded to push for a better rental and they finally gave in. When my car was finally fixed (the part came in the same day they fixed it and I did not get a call until it was repaired) I ended up going out of town the 5th week my car was at the service department still waiting on the repair because my uncle was very sick and ended up passing away so I stayed in town longer for the funeral. During that time the part came in and I told them I was out of town and they did not care stating I had 24 hours to bring it back before they started charging me a rental fee. I tried to explain the situation to no avail. Their answer was I should have brought it back before I went out of town. Which makes absolutely no sense because then I would have been completely without a vehicle unable to go out of town. Never again will I go to that dealership and I will be telling other people not to as well. More

A seat sensor was shutting down the passenger air bag...the first ordered sensor sent was faulty and GM overnighted a 2nd one. Service was performed, John communicated with the warranty company twice in the last month and both jobs were performed while I only paid the $100 deductible! (With the coverage I saved $1500). Although I was without the vehicle for 2 days, the Golling shuttle helped me twice when needed. More

Just because its free. it's free. I purchased my truck I received free oil changes for 2 years that's great but every time I take it in they try to charge me when it's done it's free. I purchased my truck I received free oil changes for 2 years that's great but every time I take it in they try to charge me when it's done even after I give them the paper and they fill it about make a copy and still tell its $58.00 before giving me my keys. I filled out a survey last time they emailed me back and apologized for it but it keeps happening and this the time the tech left oil allover the side of the motor. I come back Just because its free. Line and tire rotation I do like the lube center but this last trip was a little off putting. They were running a special for oil and rotation. Corrected a manufactured problem Basil from Golling was exceptionally helpful in fixing a problem with a manufacturing defect that had gone unnoticed for nearly two years. My GMC Sie Basil from Golling was exceptionally helpful in fixing a problem with a manufacturing defect that had gone unnoticed for nearly two years. My GMC Sierra pickup was built with different window moldings on each side of the truck, one flat black rubber, the other chrome. He was able to get me the black rubber (a Chevy part) even though the chrome was what should have been on my truck originally. Golling took care of the problem at no charge to me and I really appreciate them making the effort to help me out. More
